INTRODUCTION AND LATEST CHANGESeMILPO Functional GuidanceUpdated 26 AUG 2006Welcome to the eMILPO Functional Guidance. This site provides guidance and procedures for eMILPOprocesses that correspond to the modules. It lists appropriate references, provides work center actions, and compliments regulations, policy, and the eMILPO User’s Manual. Most recent changes to existingprocedures are in blue font. The terms PAS Chief, PSB, and Brigade Combat Team (BCT) S1 are interchangeable throughoutthis document. At the end of each section are functional phone numbers. However, units and S1s other than BCT S1sshould contact their Personnel Service Battalion / Military Personnel Division, and not call directly. Theintent is for PSB/MPDs and BCTs to call on behalf of their customers. If you discover the phone numberlisted no longer belongs to the functional, please contact us at link. The AHRS eMILPO User’s Manual is found in the eMILPO application under "System Services" and then"User Documentation". It is a companion to the functional guidance. It walks the user through the screenshots and also gives the procedures for both Workflow and System Services. It may take a few minutes toopen, and once it is open we recommend you save it on your hard drive. If you have problems retrievingit, contact the help desk at COML: 1-866-433-9196, or email helpdesk@ahrs.army.mil.We developed these procedures to be your tool and we solicit your comments. Please contact us at link.Listed below is a timeline of changes to the eMILPO Functional Guidance during the last six months. Forother changes in eMILPO, see the latest eMILPO Release Notes on the Human Resources Command,Field Systems Division’s web site: https://www.hrc.army.mil/site/Active/fsd/.26 AUG 2006 Patient Tracking. Modification made to Patient Tracking module to now allow loading of medicaldata from Joint Patient Tracking Administration into eMILPO directly. See page 98. Assignment Eligibility & Availability. Modification made to AEA Overlay Exception Rules andAEA Term Months. See page 54. Technical Certification. Modification made to add new functionality to enter data for technicalcertification. See page 47. Deny Promotion List Auto Integration. Modifcation made to add new functionality to allowpromotion authority to deny automatic list integration for SPC/CPL. See page 180. Reserve Component Accounting. Modification to functionality to allow processing of ADOS.See page 106 Mass Non-available Deployment Tracking. Modification to add new functionality to allow massupdate or removal of non-available status. See page 144.eMILPO Functional Guidance5

22 May 2006: Add Personnel Asset Visibility Report (PAVR) to Readiness module. See page 132.17 March 2006: NON-AVAILABLE DEPLOYMENT TRACKING. Updates made to the non-availability categorytable added new codes of HA (Periodic Assessment) and IM (Immunization). The current code ofMN (Medically Non-available) was converted to LC (Medical Condition). See page 142. MILITARY EDUCATION COURSE TABLE. The following codes have been added: AST, GCS,JOF, LGA, TCM, WWD, WWE, WWF, WWG, WWH, and WWI. See page 34. SERVICE/MISCELLANEOUS DATES. Date Returned from Overseas (DROS) may now beentered for both enlisted and officers. See page 16. OVERSEAS TOUR CREDITS. User will receive an eMILPO message if attempting to enter anew (add) OS Tour Credit using an OS Start Date that already exists. A correction to thecalculation for a short tour credit was made for Combat tours and Operational deployments. Thiscorrection changed the existing 10-month edit to reflect the current requirement of 8 months and15 days (equals and displays 9 months) IAW AR 614-30. See page 105. PERSONNEL SERVICES. In the FAMILY MEMBERS module, an edit was placed to prohibit usersfrom removing any family member who is designated “alternate point of contact” or “authorized todirect disposition of Soldier’s remains” on DD Form 93. Users must first remove the designatedindividual from the DD Form 93 using the EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION module. Then removethe family member from the FAMILY MEMBER module. See page 31.Unresolved Error Report, AAA-351. The transaction sheets listed are new or updated withintransaction layout. Date Returned from Overseas (DROS) (4369) – NEWDA Change Notice – DEROS (4371) – Updated16 December 2005: Emergency Notification. Included is more guidance on how to designate the person authorizedto direct disposition of a Soldier’s remains on the DD Form 93. See page 9. Military Spouse (MACP). The system will automatically disenroll a Soldier in the MACP if theSoldier’s martial status changes to “Divorced”, “Widowed”, “Annulled”, “Interlocutory Decree”, or“Legally Separated”. See page 15. Family Member. A refresh button is now added. If the Soldier has authorized dependents inDEERS that do not show on the screen, the user can click the refresh button which should bringup all authorized family members as they are listed in DEERs. See page 17. Test - Personnel Management Test (Army Personnel Test). More information is provided onthe six tests that can be entered through this module, and how to ensure the Defense Languageaptitude Test (DLAB) is posted on the Soldier’s ERB. See page 56. Assignment Eligibility and Availability. The following codes are rescinded as of Dec 05: 4, 6,E, H, K, and P. See page 52.eMILPO Functional Guidance6

Promotions.Promotions. System edits will now allow the date of rank (DOR) and the effective date of rank(EDOR) to be a past or future. However, the EDOR must equal or be greater than the DOR. Seepage 169.Special Category Promotion. Much of the general guidance for special category promotion has been rewritten. The Effect Date of Rank must be the current system or a past date. It cannot be a futuredate. See page 173. Dwell Time - affected by Non-available Deployment Tracking and Overseas Assignment DataeMILPO will now capture

Using functional anal-ysis (Rudin, 1991), observational unit is treated as an element in a function and functional analysis concepts such as operator theory are used. In stochastic process methodology, each functional sample unit is considered as a realization from a random process. This work belongs to the functional analysis methodology. To predict infinite dimensional responses from .

What are Non-functional Requirements? Functional vs. Non-Functional – Functional requirements describe what the system should do functions that can be captured in use cases behaviours that can be analyzed by drawing sequence diagrams, statecharts, etc. and probably trace to individual chunks of a program – Non-functional .

planned care. Mental health services are also under pressure – for example, national data published in November 2018 found that 675 patients in acute need were admitted to mental health units outside their local area (NHS Digital 2019b), a practice that the government has committed to eliminate by 2020/21. In the longer term, if substantial .
