Please call us for a Return Authorization Number. This RAN must appearon any returns or they will be refused. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. Any partreturned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please advise why the part is being returned sothat we can take the appropriate action. All parts being returned must be transportation prepaid. All printedmaterial, cut-to-order, electrical, and special order parts are not refundable. All shipment damages andshortages must be reported within 10 days.SHIPPING CHARGES: For ground shipping & handling charges, refer to the chart on the order form.Outside the continental USA, we will charge Priority Mail or UPS Rates plus a 15.00 documentation fee.Please be aware of mail size and weight restrictions. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Air service is availableto US physical addresses. The exact additional delivery and handling charges must be added. Saturdaydelivery is available on Next Day service only; please add an additional 10.00.BACK ORDERS: While we normally stock most all the items in our catalog, we do at times exhaust oursupply. If we expect the item to be available in a reasonable amount of time, we will backorder it on yourbehalf. While it is frustrating to backorder a part, the system does offer certain benefits. No credit can be issuedfor damaged, broken, disassembled, or incomplete units.EXCHANGE ONLY: We will have your original part rebuilt to meet or exceed O.E.M. specifications.
