YOUR HOME LEARNING: SPRINGStudent at the Aylesbury Vale Academy will be challenged at home as well as inschool to ensure that they reach their potential. Year 7 students nationally arerequired to complete between 45 minute and 90 minutes of homework everynight to ensure that they make the necessary progress.This booklet contains your home learning tasks for the Spring Term. It provides aclear outline of the task set, guidance of when to start it, the hand in date and theweek it should be returned to you. The tasks are varied and have an emphasis onextended study and independent research. Teachers may set other pieces ofhomework from time to time.CORE SUBJECTS (English, Maths, Science)Homework for English and Maths will be set on a weekly basis and recorded inthe student planner. First, draw yourself on the diagram below wherethe conductor would stand.
