03) Age Limit :The lower & upper age limit will be reckoned as on 22-07-2020 as SING FEE(i)For all candidates except those Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) with amentioned in sub- para (ii) belowprovision for refunding Rs.400/- to those whoare found eligible and actually appear inPersonality/ Intelligence Test, if called forafter deducting Bank charges.Fee in respect of candidates who are ineligible,but still apply, shall not be refunded.(ii) For candidates belonging to Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only)SC/ST/OBC/Women/Minorities*/with a provision for refunding the same toEWSthose who are found eligible as per lligence Test, if called for afterdeducting Bank charges.Candidates in this category should check theireligibility thoroughly before applying.Fee in respect of candidates who are ineligible,but still apply, shall not be refunded.1) After ensuring the correctness of the particulars in the application form, candidatesare required to pay fess through the payment gateway on RRC-WR website whichhas been integrated with the online application.The payment can be made by using Debit card / Credit card / Net Banking etc byproviding information as per the instructions on the computer screen. Transactioncharges levied by the Bank for online payment, if any, will be borne by thecandidates.2) Minorities for claiming waiver of examination fees means Muslim, Christians,Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Zoroastrians (Parsis). Minority candidates shouldfurnish“self-declaration” as mentioned in Annexure-A along with the ApplicationForm. Such candidates claiming waiver of examination fee will be required tofurnish “Minority Community Declaration” affidavit on Non-judicial stamp paperthat he/she belongs to any of the above minority communities.3

“If the affidavit in this regard is not submitted along with Application form toget the benefit of fee waiver the fee will not be refunded”3) Economically Backward Class (EBC)candidates are those whose annual familyincome is less than Rs.50,000/-. Such candidates should have valid incomecertificate on the date of application in the prescribed format (Annexure. B)or onthe letterhead of the issuing authority to this effect and submit the same at thetime of DV failing which their candidature will be rejected. Candidates havingBPL Card and lzzat MST are also eligible for fee concession under EBC. EBCcandidates seeking fee concession should fill in the relevant Certificate/CardNumber, issue date, issuing authority and state in the ONLINE application.4) EWS: Economically weaker section means whose family has annual incomebelow Rs.8.00 Lakh. Income shall also include income from all source i.e. salary,agriculture, business profession etc. for the financial year.
