Scholarships On FIITJEE Programs

Scholarships on FIITJEE Programs based on Scholastic AchievementsNote1:A Student can avail only one scholarship (including cash scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exams etc.)during his / her entire academic session of the program he /she joins at FIITJEE. In case, a Student is eligible for/ awarded more than one scholarship under different criterion, he can avail the scholarship amount whichever ishigher but already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same. The benefit of higher scholarship(excluding cash scholarship awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) will be given only from the date of suchaward on the balance proportionate fee i.e. {gross fee at the time of enrollment - (initial scholarship amountavailed cost of services availed till the month of such award)}. The amount will be refunded after the realizationof payment of the last installment of Program Fee.Note2:Students can claim Scholarships based on their performance in any Competitive / Scholastic Exams, only if theyhave appeared in the respective Competitive / Scholastic Exam before the Batch Commencement (other thanany early joining academic benefits) at FIITJEE and these Students are not eligible for FIITJEE Rewards for theCompetitive / Scholastic Exam through which he / she has already availed the Scholarship. Students approachingFIITJEE for claiming the Scholarship based on their performance in any of the Competitive / Scholastic Exam inwhich they appear post their Batch Commencement at FIITJEE are not eligible for these Scholarships, however theseStudents will be eligible for FIITJEE Rewards, please refer Rewards Booklet.Note3:If a Student, after qualifying any Scholastic exam (during his / her Study at FIITJEE) for which FIITJEE offers Rewards,opts for the exit option or discontinues from his / her current FIITJEE Program after class X and enrolls again in anew FIITJEE Program, then he / she will not get any fee waiver / scholarship based on that scholastic achievement.However, he / she will continue to get Rewards in case of rejoining, if he / she stays eligible as per the Terms &Conditions of Rewards.Note4:The mentioned scholarships on the basis of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MSCE / KVPY / Olympiads are applicable onlyfor the Students qualifying in the General Category.Note5:The photocopy of the original certificate / marksheet of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MSCE / KVPY / Olympiads should beattested by the Principal of the school last attended / presently studying.Note6:Student claiming scholarship under X / XII Boards performance need to deposit the photocopy of the marksheet (whileshowing the original Marksheet also) latest by 15th September, 2020, after which no application will be entertained.The Scholarship amount will be paid after the realisation of payment of the last installment of Program Fee.Note7:The Scholarship amount will be paid to the Student through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Studentonly. No application for issuing of cheque in favour of parent / guardian will be entertained.Note8:In case, a Student reappears in FIITJEE test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab toensure that he / she does not have any undue advantage over a Student taking the test for the first time.Note9(a) : The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever shall bereferred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall beconducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modificationthereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further agreed thatin spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to any of the Directors or shareholders or may havebeen appointed as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him. Even if the Arbitrator may haveexpressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration willbe New Delhi / Delhi.Note9(b) : Subject to Note 9 (a) hereinabove, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in New Delhi / Delhi Courts only.

Candidates will be eligible under this criteria after submission of affidavit (formatcan be collected from your nearest FIITJEE Centre or downloaded from www.fiitjee.com) with proof ofbeing a present Student of FIITJEE or earlier child (ex-Students of FIITJEE) & photocopy of Birthcertificates of both children (original copy of birth certificates of both children to be presented forverification at the time of enrollment).Terms & Conditions (Scholarships, Waivers & Concessions)1.For Physically Disabled : The benefit will be given to those candidates who have at least 40%permanent physical disability in relation to a body part / system / extremity / extremities / wholebody etc. for any category of disability (viz., Locomotor, visual, speech, and/or hearing). The Studenthas to submit an attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the Govt. General Hospital. FIITJEEmanagement’s decision in this regard will be final and binding.2. The Scholarships on the basis of X / XII Board performance / fee waivers / fee concessions are validonly after qualifying FIITJEE’s Admission Test of the respective program.

Fee Waivers / Concession on FIITJEE Programs3. The final discretion of awarding scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession in each case willremain with FIITJEE and the decision will be final and binding on the candidate.4. The mentioned scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession are applicable for those Students whoenrol themselves between 1st January, 2020 to 15th September, 2020.5. Any Student can avail only one of the “Other Category Fee Waivers” during his / her entire academicsession at FIITJEE.6. An eligible Student can get the combined benefit of any one of the “Other Category Fee Waivers”(as mentioned above) along with the “Fee Concession for siblings of Present / Ex-FIITJEEians”and Scholarship if awarded i.e. all the benefits can be compounded as stated in the followingexample.For example, if a physically disabled sister / brother of present FIITJEE Student who is alreadyenrolled in any Classroom / Online Program qualifies in our Admission Test with a scholarship of50% on Tuition Fee and if the Tuition Fee of the Classroom / Online Program offered to the Studentis Rs. 10,000/-, the final Tuition fee payable by the Student will be calculated as follows:1.Rs. 10,000 less 50% scholarship Rs. 5,000/-2.Rs. 5,000 less 25% (Physical Disability Waiver) Rs. 3,750/-3.Rs. 3,750 less 10% (Sibling concession) Rs. 3,375/-So, the actual Tuition Fee payable by the said Student will be Rs. 3,375/- GST as applicable.
