WHAT IS COVEREDCERTIFIED PRE-OWNEDWARRANTY COVERAGEThe Maserati Certified Pre-Owned LimitedWarranty provides coverage for up to 2 yearswith unlimited miles. This coverage is in addition to whatever time or mileage remains onthe original applicable Maserati New-VehicleLimited Warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles(from the original in-service date of the vehicle),whichever occurs first. Such faultsinclude, but are not limited to, thewear and tear of the following: Maintenance items; any adjustments needed for the engine,transmission, body panels, wheelalignment, wheel balancing; allmaintenance items listed under theschedule maintenance chart foundin the Warranty booklet/Owner’smanual (wiper blades, all hosesand clamps, fuses, filters, sparkplugs, all batteries, oils and lubricants, brake pads and rotors,brake shoes, struts and shockabsorbers, tires, etc.).

Cosmetic issues: worn buttons,flaking chrome, discoloration ofleather, trim, plastic. Batteries and remote transmitterbatteries. All Accessories; telephonesystem, any accessory addedafter production, etc. Cosmetic issues not affectingthe function of Airbags. EXCLUSIONS ANDLIMITATIONS Fadingand deterioration ofpaint, chrome and appearanceitems and trim due to normalwear, inappropriate conditions ofuse, abnormal exposure to theelements or normal climaticconditions, environmental orindustrial fallout. Faults not due to material or construction faults, but to incorrectuse, negligence, accidents, inadequate or incorrect maintenance. Use in racing, motorsports orcompetition, or not conformingto the instructions providedby Maserati. Lossof time, inconvenience,loss of use of the vehicleor other incidental orconsequential damages. Any and all repairs to thecovered vehicle if the odometerhas been tampered withor altered. Damage or faults resultingfrom accidents, acts of forcemajeure, or other eventsbeyond the control of youor Maserati. Damage or faults by use offuel, oil or lubrication otherthan those with specificationsas indicated in the Owner’sManual for the covered vehicle. Damage or faults caused bynot following the scheduledmaintenance services, asprescribed by the Owner’sManual or Warranty andService Book. Parts with malfunctions, thathave been tampered with oraltered, or that have receivedimproper or inadequate maintenance or repairs.MASERATI ROADSIDE ASSISTANCEEnclosed within this booklet is an Owner Card specific to yourvehicle. Printed on this Owner Card is your vehicle’s 17-digitVehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the toll-free telephonenumber to call if you need to utilize the benefits of this program.If you require Roadside Assistance, please call 1.888.371.1802.This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You willbe connected with a Roadside Assistance representative whowill dispatch a local towing vendor.
