PROSPECTUS – 2021 – 20221. VIJAYANTA – PREVIEWVijayanta Model Hr. Sec. School is primarily a Management School for the welfare of the wards of theHVF Employees and Allied Establishments. The TamilNadu affiliated Higher Secondary Section of theschool was started in the year 1997 and has kept pace in line with the local scenario and academicrequirements and has established itself as a reputed Higher Secondary School.2. VIJAYANTA – FOR A WHOLESOME EDUCATIONSpeaking in English is made compulsory to develop the fluency of expression and communication.Students are also involved in various club activities, inter house competitions, special assemblies etc.,The class magazines speak volumes about the creative abilities and talents in the field of Arts, Science,Literature and Information Technology. Ample opportunities are provided to bring out the innate talentsof our students and we are proud that our efforts have yielded appreciable results. Our students have alsoproved their talents in the field of sports and games and have represented at the state and National levelsin various games.3. VIJAYANTA and PTSParents form an integral part of Vijayanta. We are happy that there has been large scale participation inthe PTS meeting and this obviously implies the immense confidence of parents in the SchoolManagement and the School.4 . ADMISSIONAdmission is given purely on the basis of merit(for Group Allotment of CBSE or State BoardExamination marks). However preference will be given to the wards of HVF employees and other alliedestablishments. Admission is confirmed only after the payment of fee and on submission of the OriginalMark sheet and Transfer Certificate.( I ) Admission Procedure Filled in application forms must be submitted to the school office within three days of thepublication of the 10th std Board Exams along with Attested Xerox mark statement. The admission list will be published according to merit. Subject to availability of seats the secondlist will be published.

Students failing to report for the admission will have to forfeit their seat. No explanations will beentertained in this regard. Fees should be paid immediately at the time of admission or else the seat will lapse. No admission will be made after 15th June for class XI. In case of a student seekingadmission on the basis of transfer , admission will be considered subject to the availability ofseat and performance in the entrance test.( II ) Withdrawal In case of withdrawal, the transfer certificate will not be issued unless all dues are settled.Moreover the application for the transfer certificate must be submitted at least one week inadvance. If the pupil has attended the school even for one day during the term Schoolfee for the entire term is payable irrespective of the month in which the withdrawal takesplace.6 . CURRICULAM OF HIGHER SECONDARY SECTIONThe following groups are offered in std XI & XII :Part I :Language : Tamil / HindiPart II HEMISTRY/COMPUTER SCIENCE/MATHSPHYSICS / CHEMISTRY / ER S MATHS & STATISTICS7 . FEESFees should be paid for twelve months in a year and in advance on quarterly basis, namely.I QtrMay, June , JulyII QtrAugust, September, OctoberIII QtrNovember, December , JanuaryIV QtrFebruary , March , April8 . CORRESPONDANCEParents are requested to meticulously follow the general instructions given in the Hand book bythe school and keep in mind that the school stands for academic enlightenment, strict disciplineand values. All correspondence regarding admission shall be made to the Headmistress,Vijayanta Model Hr. Sec. School. They can meet the HeadMaster between 9:30 am and 12:00noon on all working days.9 . 2021 – 2022 :You are welcome to fulfill your ambitions with the help of Vijayanta Model.
