D&N Automotive Engineering Dealer ProgramRequirements and SpecificsTo be a qualified dealer for the Dealer Program, you must meet a certain criteria andmust follow certain guide lines and specific rules. As listed below.1. You will need a background in Automotive Service work. Send us yourqualifications.2. You will need as a minimum the following equipment. An OBD II scan tool, agood quality VOM ( volt ohm meter ) a bench top power supply, and a clamp onDC Amperage meter.3. You will have to have successfully completed reading of all of the supplied predealer information supplied to you by us regarding product information, Tuning101 guide to HHO success, and proper assembly and install instructions of allof the available product line.4. You will not be allowed to use the name of the Mighty Mite model 4.5 generatoror any implication that it is a product of D&N Automotive Engineering. Since weare not doing the actual assembly, we can not assume responsibility or beassociated with this product. You are free to use the names of our otherproducts, since we have direct control over the manufacture of these products.You are however free to rename any of our products in your advertisement andsales.5. Your initial order must include the following. Your choice of our Basic Package,or our Deluxe Package. Packages are listed at the end of this application.6. The wiring and electrical fittings are optional, we have everything you will needexcept multiple colors of 18 AWG wire in stock. You will need this gauge wirefor your hook ups to the AFR Control Centers.7. You will have a protected territory. We will not locate another dealership within250 miles if you are a resident of the United States, and will limit 2 dealership'sper country, spaced a minimum of 250 miles apart for dealership's outside ofthe USA.8. In order to maintain your dealership in good standing, beginning on month 3 ofyour recognized dealership, you must order as a minimum, 600.00 in productpurchases per month. Failure to do so will forfeit your rights as a dealership,and allow D&N Automotive Engineering the right to place another dealership inyour formerly protected area.

9. We will furnish you with support materials in the form of PDF informationaldocuments. We will also be available on a limited basis for your “ problem “installs. We will not personally guide you through your installation on anyparticular vehicle. We will help you trouble shoot individual problems as ourtime allows. Remember, YOU are the dealership, and your customers areexpecting expert service and answers from YOU. Memorize all of theinformation that we send you, and keep printed copies at your disposal toanswer all your customers, as well as your own, questions.We ask you to sign this application document and then scan it and return it to us byemail attachment for our approval.
