SUPPLEMENT TO THE CONOCOPHILLIPS EMPLOYEE MEDICAL PLANThis supplement is a legally required Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) to the ConocoPhillips EmployeeMedical Plan (“Medical Plan”), a component plan of the ConocoPhillips Medical and Dental Assistance Plan.When combined with the Employee Benefits Handbook effective January 1, 2021, these documents summarizethe terms of the Medical Plan and all amendments related to Medical Plan through December 31, 2020.
