With the parentand grandparent super visa, eligible parents and grandparents can visit family in Canada for upto two years without the need to renew their status. The Super Visa is a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 yearsdepending on the validity of the passport. The key difference is that the Super Visa allows anindividual to stay for up to two years on each entry into Canada, while a 10-year multiple entryvisa (in those passports with a 10 year validity) would only have a status period for each entry ofsix months only.Complete and place this checklist on top of your application.Since September 4, 2013, you may need to give your biometrics (fingerprints and photograph)and pay a biometric fee.Any document that is not in English, French or Spanish must be accompanied by a certifiedtranslation.Travel plans are done at your own risk until you receive the approval of this application.Note: the submission of an application with the documents listed below does not guarantee theissuance of a visa.IMPORTANT: It is responsibility of the applicant to submit all information necessary to fulfill therequirements for this type of visa.It is a serious offence to give false or misleading information on these forms.
