Phase III: TreatmentOur FindingsSMB Vs LEDiscoveryOur FindingsDiagnosisTreatmentRecommendation SMB is a great solution for a small company which is notrapidly growing and its demands are limited in the areas ofPMGM, Succession and Compensation. When you would like to take advantage of all the innovationshappening on the above mention modules or have a growthpath which would need for you to have a broader HR systemwith all the bells and whites then LE is the path to go.SMB (PMGM) Vs LE PMGM We do not have Provisioning or Admin Center access of theABC Consulting’s Performance and Rewards System but asper our demo system (Performance and Rewards SMB), ABCConsulting can do Calibration, Continuous performanceManagement. There are a lot of additional Functionalities available in LEversion which would be useful for your business goingforward so it makes sense before you add more numberof employees that you switch over to LE version.SMB (Compensation) Vs LE(Compensation) At least from the access we had we didn’t see anyCompensation functionalities being implemented for ABCConsulting. Compensation in SMB version is very limited and from ourexperience customers normally would need the fullversion for a complete Compensation planning for theiremployees. Particularly as ABC Consulting is in servicebusiness hence it is all the more important that they startwith the LE version. We do not have Provisioning or Admin Center access of theABC Consulting’s Compensation System but as per our demosystem (Compensation SMB), ABC Consulting can doCompensation- Salary only-NO BONUS.SMB (Succession) Vs LE(Succession)PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL At least from the access we had we didn’t see anyCompensation functionalities being implemented for ABCConsulting. If Succession is important to you then LE is the options togo for as the SMB option has a lot less functionalitiescompared to the LE version.17Roadmap
