oneminutesherpescure.comAbout meHello friend, my name is Allison Freeman. I apologize for notdisclosing further information about my identity, but as youcould imagine, I’d like to keep a bit of privacy on this topic.I know all too well what it feels like to live every day in fearof an outbreak. For years I lived in anxiety as conventionalmedicines continually failed me.Owing to a severe side effect caused by the consistent useof the drugs over a long period, I had to stop taking them. This was the reason for my research into natural andalternative herpes treatments. After seeing the true powerof naturopathy and oxygen therapy.7

oneminutesherpescure.comI struggled with Herpes for years until I discovered thesemiraculous remedies, and hope that by sharing thisknowledge with you, I have given you the power to do thesame.Allison Freeman8

oneminutesherpescure.comYou Have Been Diagnosed With Herpes“Help! I'm Infected, What Do IDo Now?”I know you must be frantic about learning you have herpes. Most people are terrified. And, many others feel totallyashamed of themselves for letting this happen. I have greatnews for you. It is not your fault. You did not do this toyourself. You are not a bad person.9

oneminutesherpescure.comIt happened because it happened, and for no other reason. And, causing yourself to feel ashamed is not going to helpyou. It never has. And, it never will. We have to bring herpesout of the dark closet. The time has come to help peopleheal the shame they have about getting this virus. Ithappens, plain and simple. It is way too infectious. You cancontract the virus monthsbefore you ever have an outbreak. Then, if you have hadseveral partners, then there is no way to know exactlywhom it was you contracted it from. It is estimated that onethird to one-half of the population has some form of theherpes virus. Therefore, the chances even your very bestfriend has some form of herpes is 1 in 3. Think about thatfor a moment. Those are extremely high odds of youknowing someone in your circle of friends that may haveherpes. That means one-third of you probably has eitheroral and/or genital herpes. That is a pretty high frequencyrate.10

oneminutesherpescure.comHerpes Basics: Symptoms andStatisticsHerpes simplex is a chronic recurrent infection of either oralor genital areas. Kissing, oral sex, and intercourse transmitboth simplex 1 and 2. Simplex 1 lesions are small andsimplex 2 lesions can be ¼” in size or larger and morepainful. An outbreak is triggered by stress, other infectionssuppressing the immune system (more on this later),sunlight, fevers, trauma, and sexual stimulation. Lesions canappear anywhere on the skin, in the mouth, or in and/oraround the genitals. As the vesicles appear, they grow largercausing pain, break open to form ulcers, and then scab overwith a thin yellow crust.11

oneminutesherpescure.comThey may last for up to 10 days, but may take up to 21 daysto completely resolve. After following the treatmentoutlined in this program, this will no longer happen to you.Herpes outbreaks begin with prodromal tingling and itchingwhere the lesions will later occur. Neuralgia (nerve pain)may accompany thelesions. You will experiencerecurrences until the triggers are either avoided or yourimmune system is built up enough to handle the virus on anongoing basis.12

oneminutesherpescure.comMany people test positive for herpes and never getoutbreaks and probably do not pass it on to others. Why?Because their immune systems are strong enough to fightthe virus. Viruses cause illnesses after they break throughour natural defense system, sneak by our immune system, then trigger a harmful immune response or destroy cells ofimportant tissues. The outcome of infections depends on the strength of theindividual and their immune system. Viruses are besthandled by your immune system, and not by pharmaceuticaldrugs. If your immune system does not handle viruseseffectively, you end up with an infection. The virus gainsentry into the body through breaks in the skin or throughmoist skin of the lips, inside the mouth, or genitals, andenters the cells it comes in contact with and begins toreplicate.13

oneminutesherpescure.comThe virus may stay where it entered the body or it can movethrough the blood, inside white blood cells, lymphaticvessels, or nerves. Many viruses are transported throughthe epithelial cells of the lips, mouth and throat, intestinaltract, vagina, and anus. The severity, duration and extent ofyour individual infection is dependent on many factors; thesite of entry, the viral strain, strength of your immunesystem, prior immunity to the virus, disease causing abilityof the virus, number of viruses to which you are exposed, length of time of resolution of original infection, yourgeneral health and nutrition status, other diseases you mayhave, your genetic makeup, and age.14

oneminutesherpescure.comThe virus you carry may be persistent, latent, recurrent, orsevere. A latent virus in the least distressing to have becauseit means no active infection and the virus is not replicating. This is our goal here with this program. All viruses get insidethe cells of your body and take each individual cells’ DNAreplication to produce its own DNA proteins to reproduceitself. In response to viral infection, your body’s immunesystem’s white blood cells produce interferon, whichmobilizes natural killer cells and macrophages to kill viralinfected cells. Once a herpes virus takes over a cell, itexpresses viral proteins on the surface of the cell triggeringneighboring cells to also become infected with the herpesvirus. In a persistent infection, the virus causes your body’scells to enlarge. You notice this as swelling into a herpeticlesion. The virus can even create cells that cannot die, andthese cells are at risk for mutations that can eventually leadto cancer. It is believed that herpes simplex 2 may be acofactor in cervical cancer. Let’s get you well so you do nothave to concern yourself with these thoughts.15

oneminutesherpescure.comThe body’s defenses against herpes infections are the skin, mucus lining, the inner skin lining our entire digestive tract, fever, interferon, macrophages (pac-man like white bloodcells), natural killer cells (white blood cells that go after viralinfected cells and cancer cells), and T-cells. Our skin is ourbest defense until the skin is scratched or broken.16

oneminutesherpescure.comWhen your immune system is unable to handle the virus, you end up with a persistent infection. For the most part, our immune system can handle a viral infection. Most often, viral infections become latent waiting for you to go througha stressful event in order to begin the infection again. Onceinfected, you may experience the common symptoms offever, malaise (flu-like feeling), headache, and herpeticlesions.Your health and immune status is the determining factor asto how severe the infection will be. This is important! Youwill most likely have symptoms of malaise before anoutbreak occurs. So, it is good to have my treatments on hand in case youstart to feel more tired than normal and your skin beginsitching and tingling where you have had an infection before. This is the time to prevent an active infection.17

oneminutesherpescure.comBetter yet, to keep up preventative measures so you will befree from worry. Also, your body’s ability to handle the viralinfection determines the length and duration of theinfection. The herpes virus is an enveloped virus, which means it needsan envelope for protection and that it can only survive inmoist environments of lips, mouth, respiratory tract, intestinal tract, labia, and vagina. The virus will infect andreplicate in cells of the skin causing the swelling of theherpetic lesions. Later, the virus will make its way to itstarget cells, which are neurons of the nervous system. Oncea vesicle forms, it is important not to break it open. Thevesicle contains active viruses that, if released, can infectneighboring cells or the person you come in contact with.Herpes simplex can infect oral, genital, or anal areas. Sharingof glasses, toothbrushes, or other saliva-contaminateditems also spreads it.18

oneminutesherpescure.comHerpes simplex can infect your lips, inside your mouth, throat, eye, active eczema, genitals, anus, brain, andmeninges as a complication, and newborns from activeinfections by the mother. As stated earlier, your overallhealth and nutrition status is extremely important indetermining the severity and duration of your infection. So,the healthier you are and become will contribute to thesuccess and speed of your recovery.Herpes Statistics19

oneminutesherpescure.comIt is overwhelming the number of people that do not realizejust how strong the genital herpes statistics are. Genitalherpes is a very common virus that is affecting a largenumber of the adult population these days.In a recent study to gather genital herpes statistics, anationally representative study show that, genital herpesinfection is very common in the United States. Nationwide,45 million people ages 12 and older, or one out of five(possibly as many as 1 in 4) of the total adolescent and adultpopulation, are infected with HSV-2.When taking genital herpes statistics look around you at anygiven time and recognize based on the genital herpesstatistics just how many people are likely to have the virus.HSV-2 infection is more common in women (approximatelyone out of four women) than in men (almost one out offive). This is according to the same genital herpes statisticsresearch.20

oneminutesherpescure.comThis may be due to male-to-female transmission being moreefficient than female-to-male transmission.HSV-2 infection has also been found to be more common inblacks (45.9%) than in whites (17.6%). Race and ethnicity inthe United States correlate with other, more fundamentaldeterminants of health such as poverty, access to goodquality health care, behavior for seeking health care, illicitdrug use, and living in communities with a high prevalenceof STDs.Ongoing genital herpes statistics research since the late1970s, indicate the number of Americans with genitalherpes infection has increased 30%. The largest increase iscurrently occurring in young white teens. HSV-2 infectionis now five times more common in 12- to 19-year-old whites, and it is twice as common in young adults ages 20 to 29 thanit was 20 years ago.21

oneminutesherpescure.comHerpes is ContagiousThe fact is, cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virusand is considered highly contagious at times. Herpes andcold sores contagious ability can take place at anytime notjust when there are active outbreaks or lesions occurring.Herpes and cold sores contagious strength comes duringtimes of viral shedding which is a process that occurs in theblood and shows no symptoms or outbreak. Herpes andcold sores contagious ability is most likely to take placeduring the times of outbreak and lesions.22

oneminutesherpescure.comWhen herpes and cold sores are present, you should avoidskin-to-skin contact with those who may not be infected.Types of herpesThe herpes family of viruses includes eight different virusesthat affect human beings. I have listed them below for yourinformation.23

oneminutesherpescure.comHowever we are only actually interested in HHV-1 (HSV-1)and HHV-2 (HSV-2).Put simply: herpes type 1 causes sores around the mouthand lips (sometimes called fever blisters or cold sores). HSV1 can cause genital herpes, but most cases of genital herpesare caused by herpes type 2. In HSV-2, the infected personmay have sores around the genitals or rectum. AlthoughHSV-2 sores may occur in other locations, these soresusually are found below the waist.Human Herpes Virus 1Human herpes virus 1 (HHV-1) is also known as herpessimplex virus 1 (HSV-1). It is typically the cause of cold soresaround the mouth. HHV1 can also lead to infection in thegenital area causing genital herpes usually through oralgenital contact, such as during oral sex.24

oneminutesherpescure.comHHV-1 infections are contagious and are usually spread fromskin-to-skin contact with an infected person through smallbreaks in the skin or mucous membrane. The HHV-1 virus is more likely to be spread through thingslike sharing eating utensils, razors, and towels from a personwho has an active lesion.Human Herpes Virus 2Human herpes virus 2 (HHV-2) is also called herpes simplexvirus 2 (HSV-2). It typically causes genital herpes, a sexuallytransmitted infection. However, it can also cause cold soresin the facial area.Like HHV-1, the HHV-2 infection is contagious and is spreadby skin-to-skin contact. The main route of transmission isthrough sexual contact, as the virus does not survive verylong outside the body.25

oneminutesherpescure.comIf you have been diagnosed with genital herpes you may notexperience any notable symptoms. The herpes virus canremain dormant in your system for a lifetime. Once infectedHSV-2 resides in the nerve cells at the base of the spinalcolumn.Human Herpes Virus 3Human herpes virus 3 (HHV-3) is also called varicella zostervirus. HHV-3 causes chickenpox. It can also cause a recurrentvirus infection of the skin, which is called herpes zoster orshingles.Shingles occurs when dormant varicella zoster virus from aninitial bout of chickenpox becomes reactivated. Like its closerelative, HHV-1, herpes zoster likes to infect skin cells andnerve cells. This virus may also recur along nerve fibre pathways, causing multiple sores where nerve fibres end on skin cells.26

oneminutesherpescure.comBecause an entire group of nerve cells is often affected, shingles is generally much more severe than a recurrence ofherpes simplex. The lesions generally appear in a band-likeor belt-like pattern on one side of the body and are oftenaccompanied by itching, tingling or even severe pain.Healing usually occurs in two to four weeks, and scars mayremain. Post herpetic neuralgia is a complication of shingleswhere the pain associated with the infection can persist formonths and even years. Most people who experienceshingles once do not experience it again.Human Herpes Virus 4Human herpes virus 4 (HHV-4) is also known as the EpsteinBarr virus. It is the major cause of infectious mononucleosis,or “mono” - the “kissing disease.” It is a contagious infectionand is transmitted through saliva. Coughing, sneezing orsharing eating utensils with an infected person can pass thevirus from one person to another.27

oneminutesherpescure.comHuman Herpes Virus 5Human herpes virus 5 (HHV-5) is the official name ofcytomegalovirus (CMV). CMV is also a cause ofmononucleosis. In people with healthy immune systems, the virus may not even cause any symptoms. It can besexually transmitted, can cause problems to newborns, andcan cause hepatitis.CMV can be transmitted through sexualcontact, breast-feeding, blood transfusions and organtransplants. CMV infection is oneof the most difficult complications of AIDS. It may lead todiarrhoea, severe vision problems including blindness, infections of the stomach and intestines, and even death. For a virus that barely causes a problem in most people withhealthy immune systems, it can be amazingly nasty inpeople with damaged immune systems, such as people withAIDS.28

oneminutesherpescure.comHuman Herpes Virus 6Human herpes virus 6 (HHV-6) is a recently observed agentfound in the blood cells of a few patients with a variety ofdiseases. It causes rosella (a viral disease causing high feverand a skin rash in small children) and a variety of otherillnesses associated with fever in that age group. Thisinfection accounts for many of the cases of convulsionsassociated with fever in infancy (febrile seizures).Human Herpes Virus 7Human herpes virus 7 (HHV-7) is even more recentlyobserved and is closely related to HHV-6. Like other humanherpes viruses, HHV-6 andHHV-7 are so common that most of humankind has beeninfected at some point, usually early in life. HHV-7 can alsocause rosella, but it is not clear what other clinical effectsthis virus causes.29

oneminutesherpescure.comHuman Herpes Virus 8Human herpes virus 8 (HHV-8) was recently discovered inthe tumours called Kaposi’s sarcoma(KS). These tumours are found in people with AIDS and areotherwise very rare. KS forms purplish tumours in the skinand other tissues of some people with AIDS.It is very difficultto treat with medication. HHV-8 may also cause othercancers, including certain lymphomas (lymph node cancers)associated with AIDS. The fact that these cancers are causedby a virus may explain why they tend to occur in people withAIDS when their immune systems begin to fail. Thediscovery also provides new hope that specific treatmentsthat will target this virus will be developed.30

oneminutesherpescure.comGenital HerpesGenital herpes is highly contagious. If you know you havegenital herpes then you really have to be very careful not topass on the infection.Of course you may not know you have herpes or you maythink you no longer have a problem with the condition asyou have not had an outbreak for months even years. But the fact is that unless you know for a fact that you nolonger carry the virus, you really do need to be careful.Always use a barrier (condom).31

oneminutesherpescure.comThis will not only protect your partner, but will also protectyou. This advice should be adhered to during all sexualactivities (including oral). The symptoms of oral herpes and genital herpes are almostidentical, and once you're infected becomes permanent, that is as far as conventional medicine is concerned. Asmentioned above herpes may not be apparent or obvious. The virus attaches itself to either end of the spinal cord andcan remain dormant for months, years or even a lifetime. The fact that herpes remains dormant in you or perhaps inyour partner does not mean that the condition cannot bepassed to another person (shedding).Herpes may be contagious at any time even without visiblesigns of an outbreak (estimated at 1-5% of the time). Thissymptom is called viral shedding.32

oneminutesherpescure.comMany doctors still believe and offer advice along the lines of“ You can’t infect anyone with herpes if you are not showingsymptoms” an (outbreak), This information is wrong. Youcan pass on herpes at any time, outbreak or not.A herpes outbreak normally starts with one or a few smallblisters. Without treatment, the herpes blisters generallylast several days and then form scabs which often turn black, indicating the end of the outbreak. Once the blisters havegone, the skin will often look a slightly different colour for awhile. Herpes blisters (symptoms) can be treated withtopical treatments to some degree, however the virus willremain and most of these so-called topical treatments arelittle more than an expensive waste of time. I’ll explain howto get rid of herpes blisters quickly, safely and cheaply in justa while. Forget about all of those expensive herpes reliefproducts.33

oneminutesherpescure.comWhat Does Herpes Look Like? Many people confuse herpes with other conditions, andeven doctors may not be able to recognize it. However, common herpes symptoms tend to be the same whereverthey’re located on the body. The main difference lies in theseverity of the symptoms. It may cover a larger area and bemore acute if it is a first infection of primary infection.Recurrent infections are usually milder. Herpes often lookslike a mosquito bite, a small blister or collection of smallblisters, sometimes a spot (zit) or a white-head. Herpessometimes starts with an itch and a rash.34

oneminutesherpescure.comThe skin can become red and tender. Then swelling mayoccur until small blisters appear. Sometimes they gather ina larger blister. The blisters can be transparent, whitish andyellowish or filled with a greenish liquid. Symptoms mayvary from time to time, as will the appearance of theblisters. They may appear in different sizes, shapes orcolours or appear in different areas. What is typical about herpes is that herpes blisters usuallystart to crust and turn back into healthy skin.Herpes Often Confused With OtherConditionsAre you absolutely sure you have herpes? That might seemlike a stupid question but the fact is there are a number ofconditions which are often mistaken for herpes.35

oneminutesherpescure.comCandidiasisFor example, genital herpes is often confused with a yeastinfection or Candida (Candidiasis). They both cause redness, swelling, itchiness and burning. The yeast infection called Candidiasi, is caused by a smallfungus called Candida albicans and often causes smallblisters. Candidiasi is usually found internally or very closeto the genitalia.36

oneminutesherpescure.comSyphilisSyphilis is another sexually transmitted disease (STD).Syphilis is caused by a bacterium called Treponemapallidum. As well as being sexually transmitted it can also bepassed from mother to infant during pregnancy (congenitalsyphilis).Primary syphilis first stage symptoms include swollen glandsand painless small ulcers usually located near the genitalarea (much like herpes). If not treated, syphilis may move toits second stage and cause a rash covering parts of the bodyor the entire body.37

oneminutesherpescure.comIt usually appears four to ten weeks after the first stagesymptoms. Other common symptoms include sore throat, fatigue, headache and swollen lymph glands. Less frequentsymptoms include flu-like symptoms, weight loss, hair loss, aching joints or sores in the mouth or genital area.Syphilis looks most like genital herpes in its second stage.More generally, syphilis is very often confused with otherailments. It really is important to discount syphilis as earlyas possible, as left untreated, syphilis will move to its thirdand final stage and damage many organs, resulting inmental illness, blindness, deafness, memory loss or otherneurological problems such as heart disease or even death.Syphilis may often look like herpes but it is, in fact, quitedifferent. Herpes is a virus whereas Syphilis is a bacterialinfection which can be treated easily with penicillin or otherantibiotics. Untreated syphilis can be fatal, so please makesure that you do not have it!38

oneminutesherpescure.comImpetigoImpetigo mainly affects the face, especially around the noseand mouth and on the hands. Impetigo is mostly associatedwith children and adolescents, but it can also affect adultsin the genital area.It is a common but highly contagious bacterial skin infection. It is caused by either Streptococcus pyogenes orStaphylococcus aureus.Streptococcus pyrogenes usually produces redness, blistersor sores and forms a yellowish-brown crust. Staphylococcusaureus tends to trigger larger fluid-filled blisters that don’tusually burst.39

oneminutesherpescure.comThe disease is highly contagious, and scratching or touchingthe sores is likely to spread the infection to other parts ofthe body as well as to other people.Atopic DermatitisAtopic dermatitis is often referred to as eczema. But eczemahas a broader meaning than atopic dermatitis. Atopicdermatitis is not contagious. Several people of the samefamily are often affected with AD. The causes of atopicdermatitis are not known and consist of a complexinteraction of genetic and environmental factors.40

oneminutesherpescure.comEven though symptoms may vary in different people, mostpeople have acute flares with inflamed, red, sometimesblistered and weepy patches that recur from time to time orthat can become chronic.Other types of eczema includeallergic contact eczema, neurodermatitis, seborrheiceczema and nummular eczema. Most of them have somesymptoms in common with genital herpes, like itchiness, redness and burning or even blisters.Other ConditionsThere are of course many other conditions which are easilymistaken for herpes such as insect bites, skin allergies, nettle rash, etc.41

oneminutesherpescure.comMy Test Says I’m Positive But I Don’t Have SymptomsAt present, you should avoid skin-to-skin contact with thosewho may not be infected. There are many people who writeme telling me that they do not have any symptoms, but theirdoctor told them they have herpes.42

oneminutesherpescure.comIf that is you, I am sure you are quite shocked and horrified, which is what lead you to this program. All the test means isthat you have been exposed to herpes. It's like beingexposed to the flu and not becoming ill. Your immunesystem is taking care of it for you, for now.You must understand that the test tests for the antibodiesto the virus and not necessarily the virus itself. That is howyour doctor can tell you that you have been exposed toherpes. You could have contracted herpes any time in yourpast from any of the people you kissed or were sexual. Please do not blame the person you are currently inrelationship with, it may not have been them. You are in a percentage of people who have been exposedbut never get outbreaks. And, hopefully you never will. Youmay in the future, but probably not today or tomorrow andhopefully never. You still have to manage your stress anddiet to stay healthy and outbreak free, however.43

oneminutesherpescure.comHow Can I Tell My Partner I Have Herpes?Great question! And, a tough question to answer too. I knowa lot of fear comes up for people when faced with this. Whatif they leave me? What if they hit me? Will they still loveme? In order to think about how you will tell your partner, you have to understand the following.44

oneminutesherpescure.comGood People Get Herpes TooIf you really think about this logically, and not emotionally, you will realize that herpes touches all walks of life, economic levels, classes, and races. It does not matter if youare rich, poor, famous, or not. If you have sexual contact orkiss a person that has herpes, you can get herpes of somekind. It is estimated that one-third of all Americans havesome form of the herpes virus. Oral or genital, HSV1 or HSV2infect all of us. Actually, it is probably more like one-halfbecause there are many people who never see a doctor orgo to a clinic for treatment for this virus.45

oneminutesherpescure.comThere are famous actors, singers, and other famous peoplethat have herpes as well. We will never know exactly whothey are and we do not need to know. What is important for you to know is that you are not alone. And, that good people get herpes too. It is a virus in ourenvironment and in our bodies that is very easily spread. There is no getting around that fact. The only thing to do isto be very up front with those we are in contact with abouthaving this virus so we can minimize the spread. Therefore, how you tell your partner you have herpes can begin withthe fact that many people have herpes and that good peopleget
