ENGLISHIntroduction:The JayBird JB-BA-100i Bluetooth Adapter for iPod enables any compatibleiPod (see list below) to transmit stereo audio to your JayBird JB-100Bluetooth Stereo Headset (up to a 33 foot range).The JayBird Bluetooth Adapter for iPod is compatible with the followingiPod models:2

EN GL I S HThe JayBird JB-BA-100i Bluetooth Adapter for iPod is powered by the iPod once connected to the iPod dock connector, so no batteries are required.Pairing the adapter with your JayBirdBluetooth Stereo Headset1.Before pairing, make sure that your headset is turned off (no flashing blueLED through the right side logo).2.Put the headset into pairing mode by pressing the POWER/TALK buttonon the headset for 5 seconds until the LED on the right earpiece beginsblinking alternating red and blue colors.3.Plug the adapter into the iPod dock connector located on the base ofyour iPod . The LED and JayBird name should be facing UP (same sideas the front of the iPod )4.Turn the iPod on and start playing music. The adapter will activate andrespond to the streaming music by automatically searching for the JayBirdJB-100 Bluetooth Stereo Headset. The LED on the adapter will be steadyblue color while it is in search mode, and then flash blue once it start topair with the headset.5.Once the headset finds and pairs with the adapter, both the adapter andheadset LEDs will blink blue (the headset will blink blue every six secondsand the adapter LED will blink blue every 2 seconds). Your headset andadapter are now paired.Listening to Music1.Once paired, the next time you connect the devices, just turn your headseton by holding the power/talk button for 3 seconds until the LED on the rightearpiece flashes blue, then plug the adapter to the iPod dock connectorand play music. You will hear the music through your headset.2.Adjust the volume by using the UP/DOWN buttons on the headset.Adjusting the volume on the iPod will have no effect.3.When not using the adapter, it’s a good idea to remove it from the iPod dock connector as it is drawing power from the iPod and will reducethe iPod battery play time.Using the phone call feature of your JayBirdBluetooth Stereo Headset1.The JayBird Bluetooth Stereo Headset can also be paired with anycompatible Bluetooth enabled mobile phone. ENGLISH2.Once paired with a mobile phone, you can make and receive phone callseven while listening to music from your iPod wirelessly using yourJayBird Bluetooth Adapter. When a call comes in, you will hear the phonering. Answer the call by pressing the TALK button on the headset (or bypressing the answer button on your phone) and the music will turn offautomatically and you can then take the call. When you done with the calland the call has been terminated, the headset will switch back to musicplay.
