FAQFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSWhy do I need to sign the terms and conditions?When you’re happy to proceed, the signed T&Cs lock inthe booking for you. Until then, all booking requests aresubject to availabilty.What if I need extra time on the night, can you start thefilm later than stated on the confirmation?We will always do our best to accommodate our clientsrequests, however this may be tricky as we usuallyprogram in another public session following all eventswhich may or may not allow enough time. Additional feeswill apply.What if I need to cancel?We understand things may change, please speak directlyto your event coordinator to work out best solution.
