It only applies to NABbranded products and services unless we have specificallyadvised you otherwise. You can use this guide to identifywhich fees may apply to you and ways you may reduce oravoid these fees.Section 1 details the fee structure for Business Accountsand Services and for NAB Business Visa Debit Card.Section 2 details the fee structure for AgribusinessProducts and Services.Section 3 details NAB Cards for Business customers.Section 4-7 covers the remaining fees which could applyto your account including fees related to loans andlending and government taxes and charges. We pass ongovernment charges and taxes to customers at the timethey are payable. SECTION 1BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AND SERVICESOpening a Business AccountA company/business name search fee may be payable atopening of all new accounts/facilities/packages and forfacility increases/renewals. A Personal Property SecuritiesRegister search fee may also be payable. For more detailssee Section 5.How fees are calculatedFees for the following business accounts are calculatedfrom the last business day of the previous month to thesecond last business day of the current month. Thefee will be charged monthly after that. (Note: Your use ofthe account includes when you initiate any credit or debittransaction, request an overdraft for your account or whenyou swap from one business account to another of thesebusiness accounts. Use doesn’t include when you swapfrom an inactive business account).4

Account Transaction FeesWhen are these fees payable?For all business accounts, account transaction fees arepayable and debited on the last business day of the month.Exceptions: N on-NAB ATM transaction fees which are payableand debited on the day the transaction occurs N AB Business Visa Debit Card or other service feesdetailed in Section 5 may be payable on the day thetransaction occurs N AB Farm Management Account which are chargedannually on the anniversary date of opening the accountService FeesThere are other service fees detailed in Section 5 which applyto business accounts including NAB Statutory Trust Accountsand NAB Retail Lease Account.
