Reservation OptionsDescription of ServicesOpen Menu Service:Parties of 1 – 25All items from our Regular Menu are available. Each guest will order individuallyfrom the menu. Not recommended for parties larger than 25 people.Limited Menu Service:Parties of 25 – 35The host selects one of our Preset Menu packages or selects three to five entreesfrom the Regular Menu. We will print menu cards for the reservation, or the hostmay print their own. Guests will order from the menu cards. Appetizers anddesserts may also be offered. Recommended for parties of 25 to 35 people.Appetizer Buffet Service:Parties of 30 or moreThe host selects a minimum of five items from our Appetizer Buffet Menu. Thechosen appetizers are served as a buffet, with table service for beverage orders.Only available prior to 6:00 PM. Recommended for parties of 30 people or more.In-House Buffets:Parties of 35 or moreThe host selects a package from our In-House Buffet Menu. The meal is served asa traditional buffet, with table service for beverage orders. Appetizers and dessertsmay also be offered. Recommended for parties of 35 people or more.Bar ServicesCash Bar:Guests purchase their own cocktails.Limited Bar:Host purchases guests’ cocktails, restricted to house and flavoredmargaritas, beer, and wine. Orders for any additional drinks arepurchased by the guest on a cash bar basis.Open Bar:Host purchases all of guests’ cocktails, without restriction to type.Ticket Service:Host limits purchases to a predetermined number of drinks perguest. Tickets are provided to each guest over 21 years of age toredeem upon ordering.Cash Limit:Host predetermines a limited budget for alcoholic purchases. Ourstaff will inform the host when purchases are approaching the limit.The host can then choose to go to a Cash Bar or increase the limit.

IIn-House BuffetsGeneral InformationIn-House Buffets are available for parties of 35 or more and are priced perperson. Prices for children 12 and under are half of the price listed foradults. The meal is served as a traditional buffet, with table service forbeverage orders.All buffets include the following, unless otherwise noted:Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo, Flour Tortillas, Chips & Salsa,Iced Tea, Sodas, Coffee, or Lemonade.Deposit: We require a refundable deposit of 100.00 to hold your reservation.Deposits may be made by check or credit card. Checks will not be cashednor will credit cards be charged unless the event is cancelled with less than72-hour notice.Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, we require 72-hour notice prior to thereservation in order to refund the deposit. Failure to cancel thereservation in the appropriate time frame will forfeit the deposit.Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices are lockedin once the deposit and menu choices are received. Sales tax and a 19%combined service fee & gratuity apply to all items purchased.Guest Count: We require final guest count and confirmation 72 hours before theevent date. An accurate guest count is required upon confirmation. Theconfirmed guest count will be the minimum amount charged. Additionalguests that arrive and are served above the confirmed headcount will becharged accordingly.Outside desserts: Viola’s charges a cake-plating fee of 1.00 per person toprovide china, flatware, and cutting service for all outside desserts.
