Thismeans the localization manager or project manager and visualize and track which projects they needto focus on and where they may need to intervene. The ability to see all details related to a projectinstantly and open the project directly from the report means users can track project details tooptimize processes.Project managers, translation managers and translation teams now not only have access to data thatoffers insights into performance metrics and emerging trends but also filtering options to customizeeven further. All reports can be filtered by organization, date and time ranges, status, languages and assigned user. All this allows for improved business decision making, leading to better efficiency and effectivenessTranslation Memory usage reportThe translation memory (TM) leverage report allows you to see how useful your TMs are across allprojects. It provides information on fuzzy, new, 100%, context matches, perfect match, repeated andtotal words. You can get answers on the following questions and see emerging trends: TM usage for all our projects for a specified time periodHow much new translation content was added to the TM in a particular time periodDo we have content issues in the TM?The report can indicate where there is an issue with the translation process, for example if TM resultsnot being fed back. A user can take the decision to improve and optimize processes to increase TMleverage or change their translation content in TMs, if they are not getting enough leverage.Task monitoring and reportingThe tasks reports provide transparency on all the users’ current tasks including information such aspublishing date, due date, type of assignment and assigned user. For the Project Manager it now means that they can see what work needs to be addressed urgentlyand decide on the next steps to take. Clicking on the tasks will open the corresponding project so thePM can quickly action any changes. An example of this reports use is using the Assigned Users filter: an assigned user is out on holiday orsick and the PM needs to filter down based on that person to only view their tasks and then reassignthem if necessary. Using the tasks report they can filter to shows all tasks assigned to that person, seethe urgency of the tasks and if necessary, reassign to an available user.7SDL Trados GroupShare 2020 Release Notes
