Aggregator Functionality AuthentiCare Aggregator is functioning in other jurisdictions. When a provider creates a Third Party Aggregator (TPA) credential fortheir third party EVV vendor, that vendor can send encounter (visit)records to AuthentiCare Aggregator on that provider’s behalf. A third party Aggregator vendor can send multiple providers’ recordson a single file since each record has the provider identifier in it. The TPA can pick up the results report within AuthentiCare, and in thenear future a file can be pushed to SFTP server for those requesting it.

Roles and Credentials All AuthentiCare users are associated with a ‘role’ that defines whatpermissions they will have within AuthentiCare Roles are broken down functionally to allow ‘least privilege’ neededfor a given job function Each user will only be able to see or do what is allowed by their roleand permissions Functions may include view, add, edit, delete for various pieces ofdata or function Please consider now which of your employees may need credentialsto utilize AuthentiCare, and what functions they will need
