(France).- Field monitoring of Parasitological infestation of both cultured andwild fish with special care of zoonotic importance.- Fish vaccination protocol-Red Tide incidence follow up and its environmental impact withhuman health (Biotoxines monitoring in bivalves and fish flesh). Control of oil spill as well as hydrocarbon detection and itsrelationship to fish meat quality (in vitro monitoring of Benzapyrene infish flesh). Periodical (twice annually- HACCP regulations) sampling of fish formonitoring of heavy metals levels, antibiotics\antibacterial residues,steroid hormones, and other health hazard chemicals. Sharing in fish processing quality control unit in ASMAK, IHFFC.Processing plan (Ajman –UAE). Sharing in HACCP manual preparation for ASMAK, IHFFC. Co- coordinator between EU committee –ministry of environmentand water, UAE- ASMAK, IHFFC regarding final product EUexporting fitness.
