Attending Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade was one ofthe best choices I have ever made - it was an exceptional learning experience that opened many doors upon graduation. What I particularly value is that the Programme covers all the topics relevant to today's business world, offering not only the general concepts butdetailed understanding of the subject’s basis. Thus, the acquired knowledge is for life, and can be readily built upon and practically applied inmany different surroundings.Furthermore, professors were always open to advising students andproviding support when needed, helping us develop our specific interestsand skills all along. Knowledge acquired and success achieved during mybachelor studies enabled me to attend one of Europe's leading businessschools - Vlerick Business School where I graduated summa cum laude.Ana PetrovićCorporate Finance Internat Kempen & CoThis international experience further strengthened my belief that education acquired at the Faculty of Economics is as good, if not better, than theone at the international educational institutions. Finally, the Faculty opened opportunities for us to develop practical skillsthroughout relevant internships during our studies. This practical experience, alongside academic excellence, enabled me to easily adapt and addvalue in a professional environment – currently at the Kempen & Coinvestment bank, where I am undertaking an internship within a debtadvisory team. From today’s perspective, attending Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade has proven to be an excellent choice for me, since theinstitution provided me with a solid basis for my postgraduate studies, aswell as for my current job-related tasks. What I find most valuable regarding the programme I attended is that itnot only covers most relevant business concepts, but it also equipsstudents with a thorough understanding of their interdependence andability to apply the knowledge in real life, since the concepts are illustrated through practical examples. In addition to this, professors and teaching assistants have mostly been open for discussion with students andwilling to help them.Knowledge acquired at Faculty of Economics has put me in an excellentposition to enrol and perform on a high level at one of the best businessschools in the world – Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, where I finished my MPhil in Management as a member of JesusCollege. This is reflected in the fact that I managed to get outstandinggrades in subjects such as Accounting and Quantitative Techniques forManagement. Finally, knowledge and practical skills acquired through my studies atFaculty of Economics serve me very well on a daily level in my management consulting job in Peterhof Consulting, as well as my role as an advisor to the Minister of Innovation and Technological Development.Dušan SavićAssociate at PeterhofConsulting & EDU
