Review Resumes & Request InterviewsAfter an ETW request has been created, suppliers will begin submitting resumes for you to review. You can loginto the FLEX system to view the resumes, request interviews, and assign a candidate to the position.Review ResumesFrom the Home page, under Pending Requests, locate the desired request number and select the ResumeReview link.

Review Resumes & Request InterviewsUnder Candidate Information, you will see all the resumes that have been submitted for this request.Select the link for the Candidate’s Name to review the resume for that candidate.The FLEX program office will screen the resumes and rank them by applying a star rating for how well thiscandidate’s qualifications meet the position’s qualifications. One star is poor match; five star is strong match.After clicking on the Candidate’s Name, review the Candidate’s resume, information, previous employment,qualifications and previous experience under the Candidate Information section.Blue text under the Resume label represents an attachment for your review. Often times this is a copy of theresume, cover letter or portfolio.Determine how you will proceed with this candidate: Request an interview Assign the candidate to the position Reject the resume

Review Resumes & Request InterviewsReject Resume You may reject the candidate’s resume by clicking Reject Select the Rejection Reason from the drop-down list. Enter Comments (if applicable). Click SaveRequest Interview You may request an interview with the candidate by clicking Request Interview Select Interview Locationo If the interview will be conducted by phone, select Phone A drop down box will appear, select who the Call will be Initiated by (Interviewer orCandidate) If the candidate will initiate the call, enter the Phone Number for the candidate to call.o If the interview will be conducted in-person, select In Person A drop down box will appear, select the Location from the drop-down list Instructions for Candidate – Select the type of interview you will be conducting1. One-on-one: Allows single interviewer to meet/speak with individual candidates2. Panel: Allows multiple interviewers to meet/speak with individual candidates at the same time3. Other: Other interview style Enter Further Details (if applicable such as additional instructions to the candidate)
