1Install weather seal on cab end cornerplugs:2Set cover assembly on front bulkhead:weather sealcorner plugparalleltobulkhead3Place side rails on pickup bed rails.Assemble clamps. Place rear clampsloosely over side rails & pickup bed rails.Insert side rail corner plugs into header:in4NOTE:Additional weather seal may berequired for pickups with bed caps,tailgate protectors, or liners. Addweather seal if needed to sealappropriately.sertinsertrear clamp5Place remaining clamps loosely over siderails & pickup bed rails:place three clamps on eachside rail to keep rails in placetruxportside rail6Align cover with pickup bed:frontbulkheadclampassemblypickupbed railniositpoonbadhekulcenteronbed

7Tighten front clamps:8Center side rails on pickup bed:1/8”side railalign grooves inclamp with groovesin side railclamp9centerhe sidad e reraon ils apic ndku taip b lged ateinstall front clamps asclose to bulkhead aspossible. tighten.1/8”Tighten clamps at tailgate:fold back header and cover,while holding side railin place (see step 8).tighten clamp.repeat onoppositeside rail.check andadjust asneeded.top view10leave 1/8” clearancebetween tailgate headerand side rails.cover not shownfor clarityTightencenterclamps:open cover pastcenter bow. slideclamps to tailgateside of bow, thentighten clamps.do not place clampsdirectly under centerbow11Install weather seal on tailgatecorner plugs:weathersealcornerplug

12 Close cover:ARelease safety straps,and unroll cover overpickup bed. Open tailgate.!19 3BTailgateHeaderHeaderStopWith tailgate open,hook tailgate headerinto header stops onboth sides of vehicle.CTailgateHeaderDESecure loop to hookfasteners on one siderail by pressing edge ofcover along full lengthof rail.Pull cover tight acrosswidth of pickup bed.Secure loop and hookfasteners on oppositeside rail.LatchEngagedRotate tailgate headerdown until both latchesengage. Listen fordouble click. To prevent accidental release of tailgate header, ensure header is securely latched to side rails on both sides of pickup bedbefore driving vehicle. To prevent wind lift, secure loop and hook fasteners along entire length of both side rails before driving vehicle.Cover tension:There is no need to adjust cover length tension. The Latch Assembly is set to the correct tension.Any modification done to this will VOID warranty.Keeping cover taut:Periodically or as needed, pull cover tight across width ofpickup bed, secure loop and hook on side rails.For ease of operation, periodically clean withhigh pressure water to remove dirt and dust.Cover may appear loose or relaxed in cooler or cold conditions.Cover may appear tight in warmer or hot conditions.14Alatch assemblyOpen cover:First LatchWith tailgate open, press downwardon first latch to release.BSecond LatchTailgateHeaderTo release second latch, repeatprocess on opposite side. Placefree hand on tailgate header tocontrol header movement onrelease.CDRoll up cover. Do Not disengageloop and hook fasteners prior torolling up cover.Always secure cover at frontof pickup bed with both safetystraps when cover is open.safetystraps

Thoroughly rinse cover to remove any soapresidue. Cover can be treated with any vinyl protectant made fortonneau covers.Tighten clamps securely on side rails before drivingvehicle, to prevent cover from blowing off.1. Do not place objects on or against cover or framework.2. Do not tie cargo to TruXport framework.3. Never allow children or pets to occupy pickup box whilecover is closed.4. Cover is not airtight. Special care is required to keepcargo clean and dry.5. Fabric cover won’t prevent theft of contents inside truckbox.6.
