Marinade for 241/3 cup ketchuphours and then grill or bake.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a largebowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milkMeatballs for SpaghettiWorcestershire sauce, ½ c. ketchup and breadOR cracker crumbs. Soak the almonds inwater overnight (about 8 to 10 hours). Rinseand drain well. Place drained almonds into ablender along with the 6 c. water, salt, andother optional ingredients (if desired).Blend on the highest speed for 2-3 minutes.Place a nut milk bag or cheese cloth over alarge bowl and slowly pour the almond milkmixture into the bag. Gently squeeze thebottom of the bag to release the milk.Reserve about half of the thin almond milk in apitcher and add the other half to a largesaucepan. Cook on medium high and stiralmost constantly until it reaches a hightemperature – you’re basically “scalding” thisalmond milk. At a certain point, right before itreaches a boil, you will notice that the hot liquidalmost immediately goes from watery to slightlycreamy when you run a spoon through it.Quickly remove from the heat before it boilsand simply pour back in the pitcher with theserving.
