The information, rates and pricesin this Tariff of Charges (“Tariff”) are correctas at 1 January 2021.To help us to continually improve ourservice, and in the interest of security,we may monitor and/or record yourcommunications with us. Referencesin this Tariff to the UK also include Jersey.The information, fees, rates and pricesin this Tariff apply to your HSBC Expataccount.Where fees are quoted in sterling, wereserve the right to convert the fee into thecurrency of the account to which the feerelates. Such conversions will be madeat the HSBC Expat exchange rate thatis prevailing when we take the fee.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR HSBC EXPATServiceMinimum RelationshipBalanceHSBC Premier 50,000*HSBC Advance 15,000*Annual SoleSalaryUnderfundingFeeor 100,000* 35*or 30,000* 15** or currency equivalentOur fees are usually deducted on the fifthworking day of the month, or the nextworking day after the fifth.PREMIERCustomers who qualify as an HSBC Premiercustomer in any other part of the HSBCGroup are automatically eligible for ourHSBC Premier service. Therefore suchcustomers already fulfill the minimumrequirements for Premier service and do nothave to maintain the Relationship Balanceor the Annual Sole Salary threshold withHSBC Expat. The HSBC Expat UnderfundingFee will not apply to such customersas long as the customer maintains theirHSBC Premier status.Please advise us if you qualify as a Premiercustomer in any other part of the HSBCGroup. We may from time to time askyou to evidence that you continue to fulfillthe criteria for Premier customer status(including minimum relationship balancesor annual sole salary).2
