Activate Your PhoneCharge the BatteryYour phone’s battery should have enough charge toget started, but it’s a good idea to charge it fullybefore you get going. Insert the USB into the jackand plug the charger into an outlet.Before turning on your phone:If you purchased your phone at a SprintStore, it is probably activated and readyto use.If you received your phone in the mail, andit is a new Sprint account or a new phonenumber, your phone is designed toactivate automatically when you first turnit on. You will see a Hands Free Activationscreen at startup. When it’s finished, tapOK to continue. To confirm your activation,make a phone call.If you received your phone in the mail andit is going to be activated on an existingnumber (you’re swapping phones), goto sprint.com/activate and follow theinstructions. When you have finished,make a phone call to confirmyour activation.If your phone is still not activated, visitsprint.com/support for assistance. If you do nothave access to the Internet, call Sprint CustomerService at 1-888-211-4727 from another phone.
