Thevehicle must be in P (Park).Choose the power liftgate mode byselecting MAX or 3/4. Press 8.The driver door must be unlocked.On the RKE transmitter press btwice quickly until the liftgate startsmoving.To unlock the liftgate, press K onthe power door lock switch orpress K on the Remote KeylessEntry (RKE) transmitter twice tounlock all doors. Press the touchpad on the bottom of the liftgate andlift up. See Remote Keyless Entry(RKE) System Operation 0 29.Use the pull cup to lower and closethe liftgate. Do not press the touchpad while closing the liftgate. Thiswill cause the liftgate to beunlatched.Press any liftgate button or thetouch pad while the liftgate ismoving to stop it. Pressing againreverses the direction.To close, press l on the bottomof the liftgate next to the pull cup.To disable the power liftgatefunction, select OFF on the liftgateswitch.
