Istarted my work as a technical observer in the field ofdeveloping and re-designing some parts of machinery andindustrial equipment such as CNC machines until 2001.2001-2003Technical SupervisorIn 2001, after obtaining a bachelor's degree with a verygood grade (I was ranked the first of 24 graduates), Iworked in the technological activity company (one of thecompanies of the Iraqi Al-Fao establishment) as the seniortechnical supervisor in the field of painting automotivebodies; this was the result of my high experience in thisfield. I supervisored on more than 30 technical employeesuntil 2003.2004-2011Establishing the workshopforpaintingandmodification (repair) theautomotive bodiesIn 2004, I established a work-shop in Sulaymaniyah / Iraq,this workshop was about painting and modification (repair)of Automotive Bodies. I was responsible (Manager) for 12technical workers in this work-shop. However, I left thework in this workshop, this was because I went to study thePhD in Malaysia in 2011.2006 - 2009SupervisorFrom 2006 to 2009, I had worked as a supervisor inindustrial safety department at Tasluja cement plant inKurdistan Region of Iraq.2009-2011Practical TrainerEstablished many training courses and workshops for localcompanies in the field of painting and maintenance ofautomobile bodies (especially modern cars) with moderntechniques, and also set up many courses and workshops inthe field of modern industrial systems and processes formany employees and engineers in companies belonging tothe Iraqi Ministry of Industry.2012-2015TPM & 5S implementing(These two systems havebeen applied for the firsttime at Toyota IndustrialCorporation)I worked on the extent of the possibility of integrating andimplementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5Ssystems and their impact on improving the effectiveness ofproduction lines for cement plants in Kurdistan Region ofIraq.

Ability to develop sales and production strategies and manage them to ensure theachievement of the objectives of the organization. Ability to manage warehouses and inventory control to ensure that what is required formaintenance operations, market requirements and sales expectations smoothly andefficiently. Ability to prepare periodic reports regarding the functional activities, achieved goals,and the diagnosis of obstacles and ways of addressing them. AREAS OF PRACTICAL INTEREST Interest to work on improving sales, improving time management, improvingcommunication, and eliminate most problems and constraints through the use of thePareto Principle (80% of the results are caused by 20% of the causes). Interest to work on reducing the costs by implementing the principles of Supply ChainManagement Interest to work on improving the working environment and raise the morale of theemployees by implementing 5S techniques. Interest to work on improving maintenance systems and reduce maintenance costs asmuch as possible through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) principles. Interest to work on improving the effectiveness of the operational plans throughfollow-up and periodic evaluation along with providing to make the necessary proposalsto improve them.
