March 6, 2021 l 11:00 AMKentucky Fair & Expo CenterNew Market Hall, Louisville, KY

We invite The Kentucky Beef Expo has a long standing tradition of a well respected outlet for beef cattle producers through the eastand southeast to market their animals. 2021 is the 35th year of the Kentucky Beef Expo. We are proud that the Simmental breed hascontinued to be one of the most successful events at the expo in respects to both the participation by breeders and the attendanceand gross. All of this is only capable because of the dedicated group of breeders who come back year after year to showcase theiroperation’s genetics at the Kentucky Beef Expo. As we all know this past year has been one of the challenging years ever howeverthe people in agriculture seem to be most resilient. We proceed with caution and take the necessary steps to do in feeding the world. Most people involved in the expo are involved in the seed stock business however we know the end product is producing a nutritiousproduct which provides a good eating experience. That product is Beef. I probably can speak for the expo and even all breeds offer abig thanks to KY Farm Bureau. We all know this event could not happen without the support of Ky Farm Bureau. We appreciate thesteps they take each day in being a huge advocate for agriculture and the farmers in our state. The virus has made it tough in manyaspects however we are pleased to have a good set of consignors and breeders bringing high quality seed stock to Louisville. We invite you to join us on Friday afternoon for the show where you will be able to visually appraise the animals as they walkthrough the show ring. This is a great opportunity to put your own eyes on the lots that have caught your attention as you were flippingthrough the catalog. The opens will show as purebreds and percentage followed by the breds and bulls. I expect the show to beextremely good however the consistency and quality throughout the offering is good and will work for any program. Then on Saturdaymorning, we will have opens, breds, bulls, and genetic lots for sale in New Market Hall. The offering is backed by some of the top cowfamilies in the state and other states as well. Of course as you are looking through the catalog, we invite you to visit with any of theconsignors of lots you might be interestedin. Study the consignors page as well greatbreeders are represented at this years eventlike always. As always we want to thank theKentucky Department of Agriculture and theKentucky Farm Bureau plus the Ky Beef Expocommittee for their continued support of theexpo.
