contentsFOREWORDFOREWORDThe Rosoboronexport State Corporation publishes its newexport catalogue "Air Defence Systems" to present major Russianmade air defence missile, artillery and electronic systems offered forexport.The catalogue contains concise data on both newly-made andmodernised air defence equipment divided into the followingsections:- missile and artillery systems;- surveillance;- command and control systems;- electronic warfare; intelligence and communications systems;- test range equipment.Modern air defence systems of Russian origin are designed toprotect ground units on the battlefield, and military, industrial andadministrative installations against attacks of aerodynamic andballistic air weapons, notwithstanding severe hostile ECM and firecounteraction. Among others, Rosoboronexport promotes multilayered air defence system projects.
