Refer to Specificationsfor building attachments in SECTION 15050 BASIC MECHANICAL MATERIALSAND METHODS AND for specific details regarding upper attachments in cleanareas.d.Intermediate attachments in clean areas shall be limited to solid hanger rods withno exposed threads. Thread ends of rods only enough to a ccommodate upperattachment and pipe and tubing attachments, keeping threaded length to aminimum. Other intermediate attachments use in non -clean areas, such as rodcouplings, extension pieces, eye rods, eye nuts, clevis pins, etc., shall not beused in exposed clean areas.e.Pipe and tubing attachments shall be Behringer Systems Santoprene clamphalves with 304 stainless steel hardware, Alfa Laval Model C24FCF, or Merckapproved equal.f.Alternate hangers and supports: Behringer Rounded Hangers - RH Series 316LStainless Steel hanger with black polysulfone plastic insert rated for 320 degreesF, 316L stainless hardware and acorn bolt. Furnish as shown in instructions published by insulationmanufacturer for installation of dowel or woodblock support devices (inserts)at pipe hanger and support locations.
