Exhibitor FAQMay I make sales on the exhibit floor?YES. Sales using credit cards and orders for future shipments may be made onthe exhibit floor. All sales are between the customer and the exhibitingcompany; Dentsply Sirona is not a party to any of these sales.May exhibitors attend the breakout sessions?YES. Your exhibitor registration includes attendance to all scientific and socialsessions. Rules and RegulationsDentsply Sirona World is run by Dentsply Sirona and is not connected with any other entity. Furthermore, DentsplySirona World is wholly owned and operated by Dentsply Sirona. All payments for the event, exhibitors and sponsorsshould be made payable to “Sirona Dental, Inc.”Booth AssignmentsBooth space shall be allocated by sponsorship seniorityand at the sole discretion of Dentsply Sirona. After that,booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-assignedbasis. Requests for booth locations will be considered,but are not guaranteed. Receipt of application doesnot guarantee acceptance or booth assignment.Final allocation of exhibit space shall be solely at thediscretion of Dentsply Sirona. There is no guaranteethat requested spaces shall be assigned. Applicationfor booth space must be made by completing on-lineapplication form. For exhibitors, 50 percent of exhibitorfee must be provided at time of application. Forsponsors, 25 percent of sponsor fee must be submittedat time of application. Booths will not be reserved byphone. No exhibitor will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall ifthere is an outstanding balance on the account.Acceptability of ExhibitorsDentsply Sirona is under no obligation to extendexhibition privileges to any company regardlessof whether or not said company has exhibited oradvertised in the past. Products and services exhibitedmust be related to the dental industry. Dentsply Sironashall be the sole judge as to acceptability of exhibits.Products that fall under FDA Guidelines must have FDAcertification to exhibit. An exhibit may not display anyproduct or distribute advertisements for any productthat infringes on the trademark, copyright or patentof another company. Each exhibitor must executea contract for the right to use the space allotted.Subleasing or sharing of space with another business,firm or individual is strictly prohibited.Arrangement of ExhibitsThe exhibitor agrees to arrange his/her exhibits so asnot to obstruct or interfere in any way with the generalview or the view of the exhibits of other exhibitors,or the free passage of spectators. The decision of14the Exhibit Committee as to what constitutes suchobstruction or interference shall be final.LiabilityIn the event of fire, strikes, riot, civil commotion, acts ofGod, war or other unavoidable circumstances renderingit impossible or impracticable for any reason forDentsply Sirona to perform under the aforementionedcontract, the company’s performance under suchcontract shall be excused. In addition, Dentsply Sironashall not be liable for any damages in the event thatperformance of this contract is rendered impossible forany of the following causes: destruction of event site,or any substantial portion thereof by fire, earthquake,the elements, or a public enemy; strikes or other publicdisorder; impossibility of performance created by lawor any public authority; and/or cause beyond its controlor the control of Dentsply Sirona or the designatedDentsply Sirona World event site. Dentsply Sironawill, however, in the event of its not being able to holdDentsply Sirona World exhibition for any of the reasonsset forth above, reimburse exhibitors prorated on theamount of rental paid by each exhibitor as follows: totalrentals paid by all exhibitors, less expenses incurredby Dentsply Sirona in constructing and installing theexhibits, shall be refunded to exhibitors in the ratio oftheir rental payments prorated by the number of daysthe exhibit fails to proceed as scheduled. DentsplySirona or its designated Dentsply Sirona World eventsite shall not have any liability whatsoever to any personor property who or which might sustain injury ordamage due to any act or failure to act by the exhibitor,his agents, servants or employees. Further, exhibitorsshall indemnify and hold harmless Dentsply Sirona fromany and all liability claims that might ensue from anycause whatsoever, and shall defend and pay all fees andcosts in connection with any such claim.

All booths must be staffed by an authorizedcompany representative during all show hours. Eachexhibit must be open for the full duration of official showhours and must be closed at all other times. Invitationsto participate in future Dentsply Sirona events will bewithheld if booth space is abandoned.Space RelocationAny or all space designated for the exhibitor is subjectto reassignment by the organizers for any reason and atany time the organizers see fit in the interest of DentsplySirona World. Dentsply Sirona may also reassign orassign the space to an exhibitor based upon the needof an exhibitor for water, drain, gas, electricity, steam,or other services and the availability, capacity andlocations of these services. The decision to reassign orassign space will be final. All attempts will be made togive an equivalent space in terms of size and visibility,but cannot be guaranteed. The amount of rent paid willonly be appropriately adjusted if the square footage ofthe space is reduced.Exhibitor ConductNo exhibitor or member of an exhibit staff shall behavein a manner offensive to decency or good taste in thesole judgment of Dentsply Sirona staff. Exhibitors mustconduct themselves in a professional manner and mustmaintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Allexhibitors and their representatives, including modelsor demonstrators, must be properly and modestlyclothed. Models in the employ of exhibitors must remainin the exhibit space assigned to the exhibitor. They maynot circulate in public spaces, aisles or the registrationarea. Undignified methods of attracting attentionare prohibited. Exhibitor personnel may not enter,photograph or videotape the exhibit space of anotherexhibitor without permission from the latter. Smoking isprohibited in the Exhibit Hall at all times.Exhibit Operation –Sales and Promotional ActivitiesExhibitors are responsible for the cleanliness of theirbooths. Demonstrations and all other activities mustbe confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth.Aisles must not be obstructed at any time. Exhibitorsmay not conduct activity of any kind that leads to thecongestionof aisle traffic. If you intend to give awayitems that will attract large numbers of attendees, pleasepurchase your booth space accordingly.15

Rules and Regulations (cont.)You will be required to keep the line of attendees to aminimum and within the purchased booth space only.The use of megaphones, loudspeakers or sideshowtactics is prohibited. Sound projection equipment orany other type of sound or noisemaking apparatusmust receive advance approval in writing from showmanagement and must not impinge on adjacentexhibits. If written approval is received, the decibel levelmust not exceed 85 as stated in Section 29 of FederalOSHA Regulation 1910.95, applicable to trade shows.Decibel readers will be used to monitor all approvedsound projection equipment. If the level exceeds themaximum level allowed, you will be required to adjustthe decibel level accordingly. If multiple warningsare given, your previous approval to use the soundprojections equipment will be revoked. Live and/or recorded music are prohibited in the Exhibit Hall.Exhibitors may not perform experimental procedures,demonstrate intra-oral technique or otherwise practicedentistry upon patients in the Exhibit Hall.a. Any transfer of value to Dentsply Sirona Worldattendees by exhibitors not included as part of theformal registration, including food and beverage, willbe the responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitorshall assume all responsibility for compliance with alllaws and regulations and any reporting requirementssuch as the federal Open Payments program. Thefollowing disclaimer must be included with all suchitems: “(Exhibitor Name) offer. No value is beingoffered or provided by Dentsply Sirona.”Admission CredentialsAll members of an exhibit staff must be full-timeemployees of the exhibiting company or must beemployed for the duration of the exhibit. A dentistmay not be registered as an exhibitor unless he orshe is an officer of the company or a full-time (nonpracticing) employee. Furthermore, dentists, hygienists,dental assistants or laboratory technicians may not beregistered as guests. Exhibiting companies may notregister any representative of their company as a dentalprofessional if that individual is not a dental professionalor if he/she does not meet the guidelines stated above.Exhibiting companies who do not follow these guidelineswill forfeit their rights to exhibit and will be chargedthe applicable registration fees for all personnel whoobtain entry in violation of the rules of admission. Exhibitpersonnel not pre-registered by the designated deadlinemust register on site. Badges are the property of showmanagement and are not transferable. Properly badgedexhibitors will be admitted to the exhibition hall one hour16prior to the show opening and may remain one hourafter the show closing each evening. Guests will not bepermitted in the Exhibit Hall during non-show hoursunder any circumstances. Any company circumventingthe rules of admission will be expelled from the ExhibitHall without refund and will be excluded from futureinvitations to exhibit. Dentsply Sirona reserves the rightto refuse any exhibitor, guest or attendee admission tothe Breakout Sessions. Additional exhibitor admissionpasses may be purchased at a rate of 995 per person.Exhibitor passes include admission to all lecture, andsocial functions.InsuranceDentsply Sirona assumes no responsibility for thesafety of the personnel and property of exhibitorsor of the personal property of their officers, agents,servants or employees, and any exhibitor wishing toinsure his or her personnel or goods against injury,theft, damage by fire, accident or other cause,must do so at his or her own expense. However,reliable watchmen will be provided to guard exhibitscommencing Thursday, October 3, continuing througheach night until midnight Saturday, October 5, 2019,if necessary. For one and one-half hours beforethe public is admitted each morning, and for oneand one-half hours after the Exhibit Hall is closedto the public, exhibitor representatives with propercredentials will be permitted on the floor for choresthey see fit to perform. During these periods only,while exhibitors are on station, hotel cleanup personnelwill be permitted in the Exhibit Hall. At all other times,the watchmen will permit no individual to enter orleave the Exhibit Hall except by authority of the firemarshal, local police department or Dentsply SironaWorld authorized representatives.
