Installs safer and quieterThe C50L HuckBolt system is engineered to be installed without torquing or multiple impacts. Noise level is significantlyreduced, and as a result, your installation area becomes quieter, less stressful, and more productive.1The pin is inserted into the preparedhole and the smooth bore collar isplaced on the pin23The installation tool is applied to thepintail. When the tool is activated, thejaws in the nose assembly pull on thepintail and the nose anvil pushes onthe collar to remove any gap.The nose anvil starts to swage thecollar into the lockgrooves on the pin.Continued swaging causes the collarto lengthen and develop clamp.4When swaging of the collar intothe lockgrooves is complete, thepintail separates from the pin whichcompletes the installation cycle.Successful, consistent installationsUnlike threaded fasteners, the C50L HuckBolt delivers consistentinstallation results.
