Taking Orders:2 types of order forms available: (short, included in your starter kit) &Shopping Order form-proven to increase sales.1. Make sure the customer fills out their information completely.2. Collect addresses for future business. To get their email, you mightsay, “Sally, would you like to stay connected after the party? Stay up do date withnew products and specials. I would love to add you to my contact list.3. Remind them to check the boxes they are interested in. Full or Part-Time Career, A party or Fundraiser. TIP: Highlight Email & Checkboxes on your order forms.4. Item # is found in the catalog. 3-4 digit numbers are regular priced items. Item #’sbeginning with “8” with 5-6 digits are sale priced items or Purchase with Purchase(PWP) Items.5. Description and price. Completing these is a good double-check for you, whenordering!6. Add it up! Customers can pay by: Cash, Check (made payable you), Visa, MC orDiscover.7. Shipping and Handling is % of the retail product total with a minimum. In other words, product retail totals under 45 will be charged a flat 4.50and everything over 45 is 10% of product total.8. Add product total and shipping to get Subtotal 1.9. Tax rate is based on the address. In most states shipping IS taxed. If yourcustomers question this, let them know it is state mandated and not from Tupperware.10. Payment should be collected at time of the order. (We do not recommend placingorders unless you have received payment.)11. Customers can round up their total for our “Change for the Better Campaign” for theBoys & Girls Clubs of America. You check the round up box on the order in thecomputer for the donation.12. Customers will receive pink copy, host yellow and consultants keeporiginal order.Warranty:Please refer to the warranty program info on my.tupperware.com under MyBusiness Products, Catalogs Warranty Program to see what is covered and what is not.Warranty items can be ordered alone, or with other orders. Shipping and Handling IScharged for warranty items when ordered alone. Helpful Hint: Print the warranty guidelinesand carry with you!Tupperware is guaranteed for life against C , C , B and P !To determine the exact part that needs replacing, look at the Number on the product.With the mold number, you can search for a replacement part in various different ways.1. Use the Item Search feature in My Sales located in the Navigation Menu by clicking onSearch Item Search. Then, key in the Mold Number in the Mold Number field, click onthe Search button to execute your search.2. Use a short, abbreviated description in the ‘Item Search Parts Replacement’ link.Orientation, pg 3

3. You can also look up Mold number by cell phone, using the Tupperware TextMessaging Service, if you have signed up for this Service and have Text Messagingcapabilities. (how to sign up details below)Use the Item number to order. If the item is labeled “OBS” this means the item isand not currently available. Suggest an alternative item and order it as the warranty item.“CAT” means that the product is available in the and you may use thecatalog item number to order the warranty item.How to subscribe to the Tupperware Text Message ServiceStep 1: Send text message to TWARE (89273). SUBSCRIBE (your 11-digit ID)Step 2: Email confirmationAfter you send the message you should receive the following text message:To complete your subscription to the Text Message Service, you need access to email. Check thatyour email address in My Sales is current before completing the subscription steps.Also, make sure your cell phone plan includes text messaging, and check the rates that your cellphone company may charge.Check your email address in the text message for the confirmation email. You need to click on thelink in the email to confirm your subscription. Once you successfully confirmed, you’ll see the followingtext message:Congratulations! Your account was successfully activated!You’ve completed the subscription process and can begin using the Text Message Service.What do I do with the broken Tupperware? Using a permanent marker, make a big X on the bottom of the container. Adddays to the date for reference. Writing the customer name and the date on each piece for future reference is alwaysa good practice. Keep the Tupperware for a minimum of days. (You’ll have a reminder popup when you place any order with replacements) Tupperware has the option of requesting broken pieces at any time from you within 30days of the replacement order.Placing Orders:By Phone - You may call in your orders to Customer Care: 1-866-376-7520. As a newConsultant, you can call Customer Care to place your orders at no charge during your firstweeks (Beginning your 14th week a nominal fee of 1.5% of the retail party total will be charged.)
