March 8, 2012Mr. Ronald K. BuggsSuperintendentEden Central School District3150 Schoolview Rd.Eden, NY 14057Dear Superintendent Buggs,I am writing to request that the Eden Central School District Board of Education approve providingbus transportation for the Town of Boston Summer Recreation Day Camp. The Eden School BusTransportation Department supplied our transportation for the 2009, 2010 and 2012 programs. Yourstaff was very helpful and their service was excellent. We are requesting a similar service for this season from Monday, July 9 through Friday, August 17,2012. Our transportation needs are similar to those in 2011. That includes transportation to and fromBoston Town Hall to Springville Pool one day per week and two field trips per week to variouslocations- e.g.: the zoo, bowling, movie theater, Darien Lake, etc. Please contact our Recreation Director Bonnie Clesse at 648-4034 if you need further information.Thank you for considering our request.Sincerely yours,Martin A.
