REMOVE OILCONDENSATE TREATMENTRELIABILITY1 Advanced oleophilic filtration media ensure stableand reliable performance, extended activated carbonlifetime.32 The discharge condensate contains so little residualoil, that it can be drained without environmental riskor infringing on strict pollution regulations. No oil collection bottle, eliminating the possibility ofcontamination of previously separated condensate.EASE OF USE3 The simple yet robust design enables easyinstallation without special set-up and fast,effortless and clean filter replacement. 15Multiple oil condensate sources can be connected.ROBUSTNESS4 The large capacity chambers reduce the risk ofspillage if the unit becomes blocked, or if there is asudden increase in inlet flow.OSC CONDENSATETREATMENT5 The unit is easily withstands vibrations, shocks andsplashes. As a result, performance is better and morestable and there is no need to use electronic “noloss” drains upstream.5The state-of-the-art OSC range uses patentedtechnology to separate compressed aircondensate. The multi-stage separation processwith buoyant oleophilic filters and activatedcarbon ensures exceptional performance, longfilter lifetime and trouble-free operation.241 Condensate enters through the mufflersand depressurizes in the expansion chamber.143 Most condensate emulsions can be separated.Polyglycol condensate can be separated, althoughsome unit deration is necessary (capacity should behalved) in order to maintain filter lifetime. Model selection is straightforward and unit sizes arekept small for a low capital investment. The system is based on filtration rather thangravitational forces and weir separation. As a result,oil density is no longer a factor.PEACE OF MIND Accurate indication of filter replacement throughmaintenance and blockage indicators, removing theneed to run special tests. No standing water while the unit is running,eliminating all potential health risks and limitingcleaning intervals.2 The oil-water mixture continues on to tower A and seepsthrough the white oleophilic filter.
