ODU trousers are worn un-bloused with boatshoes, only when:–––––conducting vessel safety checks,underway on an Auxiliary operational facility,commuting to or from a point of Auxiliary patrol orsafety check activity, orspecifically authorized by a Coast Guard orderissuing authority.
