Flying chips can causeserious eye injury. Always use extreme caution when drillinga vehicle. Always disconnect power beforewelding. Thoroughly inspect the area tobe drilled (on both sides of material whenpossible) prior to drilling, and relocate anyobjects that may be damaged. Always use extreme caution when weldinga vehicle. Getting startedBefore you begin the installation process of your new Fab Fours product, we suggestlaying out all materials and parts on a pad or protective surface.Failure to fully account for all components before beginning installation may leave vehicleimmobile until part is acquired. Refer to the next pages as an inventory check.5

disassemblyNOTE: 2014-2018 Year Models1. Using a 10mm socket wrench, remove thetwo (2) OEM screws attaching the winch coverplate. (Figure 1)Figure 12. 7. Using the four (4) provided 3/8” carriagebolts, flat washers, and nylock nuts (50212HW) install the bumper (22073) to frame at theupper mounting flange. (Figure 6)Note: It may be necessary to remove the four(4) bolts that mount the front differentialto the bottom of the frame to push thedifferential back to help gain access for theprocess in step 6. Using the two (2) provided 3/8” hex headbolts, flat washers, and lock washers (50212HW) install the bumper (22073) to the twoholes at the lowest portion of the frame.Thread the bolts in from the backside of theframe. (Figure 8)9. Using a 9/16” socket wrench, tighten thehardware installed in step 7.10. Using a 9/16” open end wrench, tightenthe hardware installed in step 6.Figure 711.
