While it is great that theyare wearing these during breaks, they are nearly sobeaten up that they fail to perform their purpose. Iknow many families have purchased new hats, butwere wondering if children still had their old one in theirbag and were choosing to wear this instead. Wouldyou please check that your child is wearing their mostrecently purchased school hat.We totally understand that our senior students may notbe replacing hats at this time, as they have limited usefor them in the future.A reminder and request that children wait until the endof the term to hand out Christmas cards. This is toavoid any unnecessary fuss between students duringthe remaining 4 weeks.Comprehension help for teensSome kids will read perfectly in primary school and thensuddenly struggle with comprehension in high school. Here's why.Comprehension rategies-you-canMonday17th NovemberWEEK 7Kids, homework and liesDo you think your child is lying about their homework?Listen to psychologist Anne Hollonds chat with JamesO'Loghlin on what to do when the dog eats thehomework.Homework tips: y/homework-tips/kids-homeworkand-liesMaths at homeKids' early experiences with measurement are oftenbased on watching their parents.
