TOP COVER MODULEThe top cover module of the cabinet is made of1.5mm DX51D (1.0226) Z275 galvanized material,and provides highest corrosion strength(80μm ( /-15)) by a light grey polyester fireproof andnon-fire propagating electrostatic powder paintRAL 7035 applied on the mono-block weldedconstruction reinforced by bends.If required, the top cover can be removed andinstalled easily without any extra tools frominterior (even by hand).The top cover is inserted on the cabinetbody and is secured from outside againstunauthorized removal.Hot air inside the cabinet is circulated by the slots andthe louvers on the top cover. Louvers and slots aredesigned to blow the air by 4 fans (in or out).Because there are outdoor spaces with applicationareas subject to any environmental effect, it mustbe protected against any possible harmful effect onequipment installed inside the cabinet due to dustdue to winds, rain, slush and water splashes. PLINTH MODULEThe plinth module of the cabinet is made of 1.5mm DX51D(1.0226) Z275 galvanized material, and provides highestcorrosion strength (80μm ( /-15) by a light grey polyesterfireproof and non-fire propagating electrostatic powder paintRAL 7035 applied on the mono-block welded constructionreinforced by bends.Polyurethane cast gasket is used at the joint between theplinth and cabinet, and has a construction to resist to atemperature of -40ºC to 100ºC.The plinth module may be mounted easily by M8 screw onthe cabinet at 4 points.Unless any plinth size is specified, standard 100mm plinthtype product is shipped. 50mm, 150mm and 300mm optionsare available.4x M16 openings are available to mount it on a concretebase. It may never be intervened in externally. PLINTH MODULE ASSEMBLYThe plinth module is fixed by M16 rods on the concretepedestal at 4 points. It is designed to prevent any interventionexternally. FRONT DOOR MODULEThe front door module is made of 1.5mm DX51D (1.0226) Z275 galvanized material, and provides highest corrosionstrength (80μm ( /-15)) by a light grey polyester fireproof andnon-fire propagating electrostatic powder paint RAL 7035applied on the mono-block welded construction reinforcedby bends.There are single and double wall, glass door options. As astandard, a brass lock having the protection grade IP 65 (O)is used and may be locked at two points. Swing handle lockscan be used on request. The lockbolt in the cabinet is plastic,and prevent any scraps on paint and protects the cabinetagainst corrosion.A cast gasket is used at the joint between the plinth andcabinet, and has a construction to resist to a temperature of-40ºC to 100ºC.It may be transformed to double type one both at themanufacturing site and on site.There are “U”- shaped support pieces on inside surface of thedoor. These support pieces may also be used for installing 19’’product. So any impact from theside wall never affect the devices. It ismade of 2.00mm DX51D (1.0226) Z275galvanized material to ensure a highcorrosion strength. Poles of the device aredesigned so that their size may be adjustedalong depth of the cabinet. A pair of 19”Mounting rails are assembled to thefront side as a standard. Upon request,second set of rails may be shipped and issuitable to assembly.Inside viewCABLE ENTRY MODULEThe cable entry panel may be replaced easily withoutrequiring any extra tool. It is made of 1.5mm DX51D (1.0226) Z275 galvanized material. It is applied by light grey epoxypolyester fireproof and non-fire propagating electrostaticpowder paint RAL 7035. It is compatible with IP65, and itspolyurethane cast gasket type cable entry points are providedby 2xPG29, 1xPG13 and 5xPG16 integrated sleeves.It is shipped by using solid sleeves.8Outdoor cabinets and accessorieswww.estap.com.trBecause the cable entry panel is raised inwards the cabinet, itis designed not to cause any visual deformation under it.The cable inlets are designed so that they may be attached onfront side or rear side optionally through the assembly panelattached by sleeves on the lower side of the cabinet.As a standard, the cable entry is shipped so that theyremain on the rear side.
WALL MOUNTING MODULEThis module is made of 2.0 mm DX51D (1.0226) Z275galvanized material. Fastening bolts of the bracket maynever be intervened in internally. It is assembled by 4x M8screws to the bracket inside the cabinet. The bracket issuitable to mount the module by 4x M8 bars to wall. When awall bracket is require to transform the plinth type cabinetsto the wall type cabinets, it is shipped complete with theconnection screws. “U” construction reinforced bybends ensures ease of assembly and increasing the loadbearing capacity, because the points matching to thelower corner of the cabinet have ‘L’’ bends.Wall assembly moduleIt provides the highest corrosion strength through lightgrey epoxy polyester electrostatic powder paint RAL 7035AL 7035. 80μm ( /-15) paint is applied. When the cabinet ismounted to wall, the wall assembly bracket is seen so thatit is flush with the cabinet and wall, and provides an estheticappearance. In a 30mm space having a nature of cablebasin between the cabinet and wall, the excessive cableis maintained so that it is not seen externally. Cable sag isprevented by vertical cable connection bridges along thecabinet on the right and left side of the bracket.Assembly of the cabinet to wallAssembly of the cabinet to wallFAN MODULEThe fan module of the cabinet is made of 1.5mm DX51D(1.0226) Z275 galvanized material, and provides highestcorrosion strength (80μm ( /-15)) by a light grey polyesterfireproof and non-fire propagating electrostatic powder paintRAL 7035 applied on the mono-block welded construction thatis reinforced by bends. Upon request a closing panel shall besupplied as an accessory.The cabinets of 450mm in depth have a 2-fan option and theCabinets of 600mm depth have 2- and 4-fan options.If a fan is used, the cabinet is decreased to the protectiongrades IP54 and IP55. If the protection grade IP65 is required,the fan area is coated by a metal part. If a fan is required asan accessory, it may be assembled easily to the fan section.Power cable and its interior cabling are shipped ready towork. The fans are CE certified. They are easy mounting type,maintenance and repair and external invention to the cabinet.Fan ranges: 120x120x38mm; air flow: min. 2.3m³/min.; Noiseintensity (dBA) 47. 220 – 240VAC, 50/60Hz, 0.25A. THERMOSTAT MODULEThe thermostat is assembled to 50mm ‘V’ switch rail on thefront right side panel of the cabinet. It may be accessedeasily and it allows to control the fan. 0 to 30 thermostat isoperated.The thermostat setting must be adjusted to “0” (zero)position to bring the fans to off position. Inside temperatureof the cabinet is adjusted to any desired degree by anadjustment button on the cabinet. PANEL HEATER MODULEThe panel heater module is placed in a way thatwill not cause any damage to the active deviceson the rear right side panel of the cabinet. If asuitable panel heater is required for the switchrail, the assembly rail is shipped complete withthe cabinet. PANEL ISOLATIONUse of a double skin type Isolation in the panels is anefficient solution against heat problems of the panelaccording environmental and regional conditions.
