That I, Richardson Dingle-El, have beenapproved by Prophet Noble Drew Ali to carry out a system which I have founded of having allthe records of the Moorish Americans changed throughout U.S.A. etc.I.The purpose of this system is to remove deluded names off documents issued to members ofThe Moorish Science Temple of America, Inc. By the authorities of the state, states and nationsand to have their origin rectified on their documents and also to provide a convenient way forthe members who already having various documents in their possession to notify the authoritiesof the corrections and changes that have been made through the Moorish Science Temple ofAmerica, Inc., such as if or when a member's name is changed through marriage or for someother reason an affidavit or form must be filled out and forwarded to the various parts of thestate, states and nations immediately stating the change and reasons the records of the oldidentification must be kept until the new identification cards or certificates is received. A newidentification card bearing the correct name will be mailed to the members.
