We havelearned about Africa (specifically focusingon Sudan) with “African Noel” with theguiro and djembe drum, Israel with “Lightthe Little Candles” and dancing the hora,Puerto Rico with “Feliz Navidad” andmaracas & tambourines, Hawaii with “MeleKalikimak” and the hula, and we have talkedabout our own traditions.Your students have been working so hardon learning their music, dances, andinstrument parts for their program onDecember 8.
