PLUMBING GENERAL NOTESContract Requirements1.All Plumbing Work Shall Be Prepared In Strict Accordance With The Specifications And With TheCurrently Adopted Edition Of The Prevailing State Code As Well As All Local Regulations That MayApply. In Case Of Conflict Between The Contract Documents And A Governing Code Or OrdinanceThe More Stringent Standard Shall Apply.2. Contractor Shall Provide All Required Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Services Necessary ToAccomplish A Safe And Complete Installation Of The Systems Indicated On The Drawings. AllMaterial And Methods Shall Be In Strict Accordance With All Authority Having JurisdictionRequirements. Work Shall Be Performed In A Neat And Workmanlike Manner.3. Contractor Shall Obtain All Necessary Permits, Licenses, And Certificates Required By TheAuthority Having Jurisdiction. This Shall Include, But Is Not Limited To All Required BuildingDepartment Filing, Inspections, And Final Closeout Of Permits.4. The Scope Of Work As Outlined In These Documents Ends At A Distance Of 5 Feet Outside TheBuilding Wall. Coordinate Connection With Civil Engineer And Local Utility Provider.5. The Contractor Shall Furnish A Written Guarantee To Replace Or Repair Promptly And AssumeResponsibility For All Expenses Incurred For Any Workmanship And Equipment In Which DefectsDevelop Within One Year From The Date Of Acceptance By Owner, This Work Shall Be Done AsDirected By The Owner.
