Dominion Natural Gas currently has afour-inch medium pressure pipeline adjacent to the property. The site’s proximity to two interstatetransmission pipelines will afford construction of a new line at no cost if necessary.The City of Van Wert provides water and sewer service to the Mega Site. The 12-inch water line is partof loop that runs along the southwest property border.
