The Social room has been remodeled, and our roofrepaired. There has been many protests, and riots leading our nation into a recession notseen since the great depression in the 1900’s. Here we are in 2021, waiting patiently forthe vaccinations to be administered, and hoping for a speedy end to the pandemic. Aswe schedule our events and fund raisers for the new year we will have to be careful inkeeping up with the current restrictions to help eradicate this nasty virus. I have no doubtCOVID-19 will be beaten.AuxiliaryEagles 3204 is strong. We are a great family, and all of our friendships are true. I amlooking forward to everything that 2021 will bring, and I am happily saying good bye to2020. VETERANS NEWSLadies Auxiliary Ways & Means CommitteeWell the Army Black Knights beat Navy this year. Thegame was low scoring and filled with ups and downs.Regardless, Army won and they will be awarded theCommander’s Cup if they beat Air Force. The game showedtrue sportsmanship and was most welcomed by our armedforces throughout the world.The Ladies Auxiliary Ways and Means (W&M)Committee exists for the good of the auxiliary and,along with the Charities, raises funds to offset the costsof its operating expenses. The W&M Committee hasscheduled monthly themed dinners (which include charityfundraiser, games, prizes and basket raffles) for the restof the fraternal year (please see flyer for December inthis newsletter). If you would like to volunteer for theseevents, we are looking for ladies who like to cook, emcee,serve, decorate, cashier and help clean up. We thankyou for even considering helping out.
