Director Carolyn Floydoffered eight classes, and student enrollment totaled 95. The first building was constructed in 1972 on thepresent site of the 50-acre campus, on an island located 250 air miles from Anchorage, AK.AccreditationKodiak College is fully accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Credits earned atKodiak College are University of Alaska Anchorage credits.
