My commitment to our community is to lead the CCSD withenthusiasm and passion to enable us to reach our goals.In CCSD our main focus is to specifically empower the rural youth of India who lack theresources, skills, and opportunities to continue with higher education by providingcertification, Advanced Diploma and vocational education and trainings (VET) in differentsectors. The VET will create skilled workforce while providing them ample opportunities tolead a respectful and independent life amongst its urban peers. It is necessary to empowerthem to negotiate several issues that confront them, with the teacher being a facilitator. Ihave an open door policy and urge all parents to take this opportunity to discuss any issuewith me so that we can move forward together.With experienced and dedicated teachers and excellent infrastructure, our college helpsstudents to realize their goals in life. LOCATIONThe University is situated right on the National Highway No.2 known as Mathura Road,32 km. from the National's Capital, New Delhi, on the way to the Taj Mahal, Agra. TheUniversity has its Campus on a plot area of 20 acres. It is located in the growing andsprawling Faridabad Ballabgarh Industrial Complex of Haryana. FEE DETAILS STRUCTURE/FEECONCESSION ANDNON-PAYMENT OF FEEADMISSION FEE/CHARGES AT THE TIMEOF REPORTING/ADMISSION/COUNSELINGAdmission Fee (Including First Semester Fee) is to be deposited at the time of reporting/ admissionby all candidates in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Principal, Community College. The Feestructure for the various courses offered by the University for the Session 2019-20 is given below:FEE CONCESSIONFee Structure : For General Category (Boys): Rs. 11000/- for 1st Semester and Rs. 9000/- for 2ndSemester.For Reserved Categories, Girls Rs 9500/- for 1st Semester and Rs. 7500/- for 2nd SemesterAge Limit: 16 Years to 45 YearsCANCELLATION OF ADMISSION &REFUND OF FEEAll applications of cancellation of admission in any course should be entered in University diaryregister and the date of diary should be mentioned by the Diary Section. Students in their own interestare advised to submit his/her application for cancellation of his/her admission personally in theUniversity Diary Section and get a signature on the duplicate copy. The Date of University Diarynumber will be final for refund of dues, if any. The refund will be processed as per the instructions ofJCBUST.For refund of fee deposited in the Community College of Skill Development at the time of admission,candidate has to give the refund application to the Community College of Skill Development wellwithin time and get a receipt of the same from the Community College of Skill Development.NON-PAYMENT OF CHARGES & FEEi)The name of student shall be struck off from rolls of the Community College of Skill Developmentas soon as his/her fee and charges are in arrears for more than a month and he/she will bedebarred from attending classes in the Community College of Skill Development. Such a studentwhose name stands struck off from the rolls of the Community College of Skill Development maybe re-admitted at the discretion of the Principal, on the payment of all arrears dues from him/heralong with late fee/fine of Rs. 20/- per day and re-admission fee of Rs. 5000/- in the samesemester. Re-admission is also permitted in the same semester in the next session only withlump sum fine Rs. 2500/- re-admission fee Rs. 5000/- under any circumstances.ii)Any student who is detained due to a shortage of attendance/ or any other reason must apply tojoin classes 15 days before the start of classes, failing which no application to join classes will beentertained. Student herself / himself will be responsible.iii) The amount of security deposited by the students is refundable after their passing or leaving thecourse from the University. In case any student fails to deposit “No Dues Certificate” within aperiod of one and a half year of leaving/declaration of his/her result, his/her security would standforfeited.16

CODE OF CONDUCT &PUNISHMENTIn order that each student may enjoy the full benefit of the facilities provided, it is expected from thestudents to abide by the rules and regulations of the University. These are solely designated tosafeguard the student welfare and their overall development.1. It is compulsory for the students to be in an approved working uniform during the Workshopperiods.2. Students are required to be in proper dress when they are in hostel, mess, canteen, common room,play grounds and while moving on the campus. Also they are expected to be in proper dressdepending upon the season, while attending the classes or visiting the library.3. Students are expected to behave with decorum and to pay due respect to faculty staff andsubordinate officials. Every member of staff has authority to forbid disorderly behavior eitherwithin or outside the University and must be immediately obeyed in such circumstances. Thestudents failing to observe this clause are liable to be punished with levy of fine and evenexpulsion from the University.4. Loud talking, loitering or crowding in the corridor, being a source of disturbance and annoyance toothers is not permitted.5. Smoking is not allowed either in the University, Examination Hall or in the Hostel premises.Alcohol Drinking is strictly prohibited in the University and Hostel premises. Any student foundcommitting breach of this rule shall be expelled from the University.6. Late arrival and early departure from a class are regarded as absence from the class for the periodconcerned.7. It is a misdemeanor to interface with any apparatus or enter any department other than directed.8. No student has any authority over the employees of the University.9. Tools and other apparatus/equipment must be left in good order after use.10. All students must attend Industrial visits and Training arranged for them unless previouslyexempted by Dean of Faculty and note on the Training shall be submitted immediately after thevisit.11. No responsibility shall be accepted for any loss or damage to student property while in theUniversity and hostel premises.12. Students shall observe all safety precautions. The University is not responsible for accidents ofwhatsoever nature in the Classes or Hostel or Workshop or Laboratories or during the toursorganized for the students.13. The studies at the University require attention and diligence on the part of students. A studentneglecting the warning after which if he/she fails to improve, he/she will be liable for expulsionfrom the University.14. Conduct inconsistent with general good order or persistent neglect of work or failure to respondpromptly to official notices may be punished with levy of fines and even expulsion from theUniversity.15. Students are advised to deposit all cash with the Local Post Office/Bank and draw the amount tothe minimum of their requirement from time to time. The CCSD is not responsible for any loss byway of theft or otherwise.16. No Society, Association or Club shall be formed without the permission of the Principal. Similarly,no meeting shall be convened and no person shall be invited to address any meeting in theUniversity premises without prior permission of the Vice-Principal.17

ATTENDANCE RULESIt is obligatory on the part of Principal/Teacher concerned to announce attendance positionof each student at the end of every month in the classes. The students, who are falling shortof attendance, are advised to improve their attendance position. However, the students arealso advised to get their attendance noted from their concerned Principal/Teachers at theend of every month to avoid their total shortage of attendance at the end of their semester. Itis made clear that every student should get 75% attendance in aggregate at the end of eachsemester. Further, deficiency up to 10% may be condoned in severe cases or compensatoryground including medical. However, it may not be treated as a matter of right by the student.Those students having below 65% will be detained in the semester and such student shall notbe promoted to next semester. Such students shall have to repeat the relevant academicsemester in the next academic section by paying fee / due etc. However, theParents/Guardians of students are also requested to keep close watch on the attendanceposition of their son/daughter/ward by enquiring from the concerned Teacher. No furthernotice shall be issued in this regard.18
