Plaintiff is the ForeclosingGovernmental Unit for MacombCounty and files this petitionpursuant to the General PropertyTax Act, Public Act 206 of 1893,as amended.2. That Exhibit A to this Petitionsets forth each parcel of propertywhich remains unredeemed afterforfeiture to the Macomb CountyTreasurer on March 1 of thisyear, or forfeited in prior yearsand have not yet been foreclosedon due to deferral, and which, ifnot redeemed, will be subject toforeclosure for the forfeited unpaidtaxes, interest, penalties, and feesset forth opposite each parcel ofproperty.3. The forfeited unpaid taxes,interest, penalties, and feesopposite each parcel of propertyset forth in this Petition constitutea valid lien upon the propertyand have remained unpaid forsufficient time as to requireinclusion in this Petition of eachparcel of property against whichthe taxes, interest, penalties, andfees are assessed.Therefore, Petitioner asks:a.
