Right from day 1, I experienced a positive aura created by thefaculty members which constantly kept the motivation and interest to gainmore knowledge within the students. The teachers helped us to identifyproblems and solve them intuitively with research skills and team work.I still get nostalgic with the find memories of cultural activities and picnicsorganized by the institute along with support given for the participation innational and international conferences.I vouch that SIPS was and will be the best institute for any newcomer to starthis/ her carrier in the field of pharmaceuticalsI am feeling privilege to write message for SIPS E-Newsletter (Avalokan).ENLIGHTEMENT HAPPENS QUIETLY LIKE THE BLOSSOMING OF A FLOWER

E-News letter of SIPS33.2 PARENTDr. Mahadev O. LohanaDirector & Consultant PhysicianDr. Mahadev’s Hospital KutchhEducation is the basic right of everyone. It is the first step to go ahead in the life.“Today is a new day. What can we do with it?”The trials of yesterday are behind you. A new school day dawns, and with it comepossibilities. Chances for success, empathy, and discovery are abundant. Inspiration iseverywhere you look. The opportunity to be better than you were yesterday is righthere, right now.“Success means caring you’ve got to care more than anyone else does.”“When you want to succeed as badly as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful.“When we pursue something that means more to us than anything, we’ll care morethan most others do. That’s just fine. Those ones who do care with us will appear at theright time to champion our cause in the right way. Believe it as the truth, and the truth itshall become. Our students should be encouraged to care about learning with the exact same passion.Learning is personal to each one of us. As lifelong learners we decide what, when andhow we learn. If we can plant the desire for success in them early on, then they’ll beunstoppable Pursuing success will be hard, it will be exhausting, and sometimes it will be lonely, butit will be worth it. If you want it bad enough, you’ll never give up though the worst goesbefore you. Even teachers are always learning. That's the shared journey that connectsteachers to their students.Recently, I went through “AVALOKAN” E- Newsletter, which highlighted the differentactivities. It is very heart touching that “Saraswati Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences”is spreading the wings of knowledge along with extra curriculum activities and alsoencouraging all the students. I must appreciate to all the Students, Faculties, Principaland whole Management team, and my best wishes to all the students for their bright, colorful, successful and fruitful future.SUCCESS MEANS DOING SOMETHING THE WAY IT WORKS

E-News letter of SIPS43.3 INDUSTRIAL PERSONDr. Jaimin VasaImmediate Past President,Chamber of Commerce & IndustryPresident Gujarat Chemical AssociationPresident Gujarat Pharmaceutical AssociationDear Readers,I congratulate the team of SIPS for the successful release of the third editionof “Avalokan”. It is indeed admirable that within a short time, the institutehas succeeded in organizing multifarious activities focused on overalldevelopment of students. Since its establishment in 2006, the institute hasnot only focused on academics, but has also laid equal focus onextracurricular, social initiatives and research. The future of industrial growth of the nation significantly depends on thegrowth and development of the Pharmaceuticals sector. Gujarat has a hugeopportunity in this sector as it is the pioneer state contributing significantlyto the nation’s total pharmaceutical output. Further, the sector is bound togrow exponentially in near future in view of the increased likelihood ofepidemics and pandemics similar to the current COVID-19 crisis which we allare facing. It is therefore necessary that we prepare ourselves for the futureopportunity by enhancing the skills of our students and creating a largergroup of trained and qualified workforce to adequately cater to increaseddemand. I am glad to know that SIPS is already working in this direction andis rapidly working towards becoming the premier center of academic andtechnological excellence in the pharmaceutical education.I congratulate the SIPS Team and convey my best wishes to all the students, faculty and other members affiliated to the institute.IF YOU ARE PLAYFUL WITH LIFE EVERY MOMENT IS A CELEBRATION
