A parameter not addedto the standard is given an Assigned Value of "0" per theguidelines contained in the USEPA's Criteria Document andNELAC standards.The Acceptance Limits are established per the criteriacontained in the most current USEPA/NELAC FoPT tables, orERA's SOP for the Generation of Performance AcceptanceLimitsTM as applicable.The Performance Evaluation:AcceptableReported Value falls within theAcceptance Limits.Not Acceptable Reported Value falls. outside theAcceptance Limits.No Evaluation Reported Value cannot be evaluated.Not Reported No Value reported.The Method Description is the method the laboratory reportedto ERA.ERA's DMR-QA 27 Proficiency Testing study has beenreviewed by ERA Senior Management and certified compliantwith the requirements of the USEPA's National Standards forWater Proficiency Testing Studies Criteria Document(December 1998), and the criteria contained in the mostcurrent NELAC FoPT tables.ERA's DMR-QA 27 study standards were examined for anyanomalies. A full review of all homogeneity, stability andaccuracy verification data was completed. All analyticalverification data for all analytes met the acceptance criteriacontained in the USEPA's National Criteria Document forWater Proficiency Testing Studies, December 1998, andthecriteria contained in the most current NELAC FoPT tables.The data submitted by participating laboratories was alsoexamined for study anomalies. There were no anomaliesobserved during the statistical review of the data.ERA's DMR-QA 27 study reports shall not be reproducedexcept in their entirety and not without the permission of theparticipating laboratories. The report must not be used by theparticipating laboratories to claim product endorsement byany agency of the U.
