The HitchcockIndependent School District is located within Galveston County. It is comprised of four campuses in addition to Kids First Head Start.The enrollment is approximately 1700 students in grades Pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. This student population is 44%African American, 31% Hispanic and 22% White.
